Dropped in to pickup coffee for our office staff. Employees here polite and helpful. Got our beverages in a reasonable amount of time and was on my way back to the office.

No brewed French / Dark Roast was available, so I had to wait for a pour over. Really wasn't a bad wait. But it happens just often enough I find it irritating. But there are bigger things to get upset over instead of this 1st world problem. Staff is always friendly.

The drinks are always made really well. The staff doesn't generally move with much speed, and the area to wait when there is a line is small. Glad they have a punch card and they have stayed stocked while other freestanding Starbucks have said they were out of items.

We grabbed a coue items on for a day of errands. The staff was nice and friendly. Even the perso training seemed like she was doing a good job from my perspective. The coffee and pupkin loaf were great also.

Mike and Matt are the best! The whole crew there deals with snobby Hudsonville people who are in too much of a hurry to recognize great service when they see it! At least half of the crew knows how I like my drinks, and they are all super nice to my 6 year old daughter. Keep up the good work, all!
