I recently have been coming in more often due to my workplace being nearby. The morning/lunch shift is great! Listened to my specific orders, asked if I needed anything else.
When I come here during after school hours I realized its mainly staffed by high school students.. Panera seems like a great first job! but.. these employees were talking in a little group while there was a line with at least four people, people training others with their back facing the customers. These students were rly confused and took 15 minutes to get my food because they didn't know what buttons they needed to push. I understand that they may have been new hires but I saw no management figure helping out these kids.

I do not perceive the value when compared to the exorbitant menu prices. 7.99 for a cup of average tasting soup is too much. All I get is coffee here. I haven't compared prices to other panera's and wonder how much is ascribed to inflation and how much is ascribed to Covelli franchises. Location is average, with tons of HS employee/turnover.

Must have new management. Service and quality here has dropped significantly in the last couple months. Save yourself time and headache and go to the Macedonia Panera.

Third Panera I've been to where coffee is weak and lukewarm. Food seems lackluster and the restaurants are not as clean as they used to be.

Odered Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli bowl, pastry and hot tea. Hot water had a rusty color to it. The TCB had animal hait in it. Restrooms dirty. Tables not cleaned. The whole place is not kept up.

This place has very nice staff during the day shift however evening shift supervisor does not uphold the same reputation.
Refused to give me another option for a sandwich they didn’t have in stock for a duet. Low customer service.

This place is awesome. The manager, Steven, is funny, caring, knowledgeable, runs his crew well, and is the perfect image of what a manager should be. Clean store, fast and friendly staff, but prices are high. . Not the stores fault though
