I went with my girl to celebrate her graduation and we were seated quickly. They seemed a little short staffed but that did not affect our service at all. Our server/bartender was very attentive and food came out quickly. Everything was really good. I was at the downtown Cleveland location and loved it but this was nice and closer. Will be back soon. For the first time in a while I was too in the moment to take pictures but imagine something good

Waitress was excellent but the rest of our experience was not. The majority of our food was cold once we finally received it despite it being prepared on the grill right in front of us. Once something came off the grill it went onto our plates (which lined the outside of the grill) and there it sat until everything else had been cooked. So the rice, vegetables and shrimp were cold by the time the steak and scallops were added to the plate. ALL of my scallops were gritty (sand?) as if they hadn't been thoroughly washed. We barely touched most of our food which was very disappointing considering the bill was well over $80 for 2. We had visited here a handful of times in the past and were pleased but the last 2 times have been a total waste of money.

I went with my friends and the Hibachi was awesome. The chef was entertaining and the food was delish. Will come back again.

Nice Japanese restaurant nestled away in a strip mall near Akron / Stow / Cuyahoga Falls. Food options include both flaming hibachi tables as well as sushi / sashimi. Has an attached bar with a wide selection of local and not so local beers. Definitely recommended if you're looking for food options in the area.

Neat place. Had a pretty extensive menu that went beyond Japanese cuisine. We ordered 3 kinds of sushi, all were very good and tasted fresh. We also ordered udon which was delicious and filling. Overall, very nice.

So we made a custom roll and they were very accommodating on it. The atmosphere is very chill and perfect for a place to talk and enjoy food and drinks. The service tonight was great, the right amount of attentiveness without feeling pressured. When I'm in town I usually try to visit on Friday's and soak it in with my friends.

Teppanyaki (Hibachi) this evening... First - staff starts exceptionally friendly - but by the end - you would need Buddha himself to get a refill... Second - the location and interior are nice. The sushi looked pretty good. So... soup (Miso or mush/onions ) both were so salty - NO ONE in a party of 9 touched it. Salad - unappealing - iceberg with some sort of ginger sweet cream dressing... No one ate much. Fried rice is a 2 dollar up-charge regardless of your meal. Prices are MUCH higher than any other I've been too... From 17 for chicken, to 29.50 for fillet w/o fried rice. And then the seafood - I'd highly suggest you avoid seafood - as they like to cook it all to dealth... Nothing worse (and this is not unique to this place)... So. overall - I'm unlikely to return. We didn't look at prices before we went - so that's on us - but the VALUE for the money - NOT EVEN CLOSE. From the cheapest to the most expensive - its basically a SODIUM laden meal - I'm 1/2 gallon into a gallon water jug 4 hours later... Not Recommended.

We were in on Saturday evening. We had been there before and all was great. This time rice and vegetables were cold and mushy. Scallops were tough, chicken was overcooked and dry, shrimp was overcooked. Medium rare steak was good. We were highly disappointed especially for the price we paid.
