I'm only giving 5 stars because there was a girl in there by herself running the place even though it was very busy. Probably not the best to have an employee alone like that but Catherine was more than capable. Even so, she deserves more help. Poor overworked girl deserves a good raise.

Combination Cold Stone goodness, with Rocky Mountain Chocolate... What more needs to be said. Oh, service. Service was great when we visited. Line moved steadily and the staff were very helpful.

Not sure if this is a new thing at Cold Stone not over filling the dish, but I was very unimpressed with the portion size of my dish last night that cost $6.11.

I love their ice cream and delicious combinations, the only painful part for me is that they don't have any lactose free option. But this only a lactose intolerant person can understand it. Prices are a little high but worth it.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Being a frequent visitor of cold stone creamery, I have become accustomed to a certain level of quality. However, this branch adheres to NONE of those levels. If it weren’t for the ice cream tasting like it was over a week old, I’d have made a bigger deal about the terrible portion size. The toppings were sparse, and the cone soggy and stale. I will never ever ever stop at this location again.
Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

I have been to Cold Stone almost 5 times now and all the experiences have been great. Most of the items are reasonably priced and when lines are long they go down quick. The flavors are nice and the staff are welcoming and energetic. When you tip them they will sing any song you choose on the list. I totally recommend coming to Cold Stone because it is amazing. Thank you for good experiences!
