Ollie's On The Beach

We live close to Ollies so it's usually on our places to stop while we're out and about. Drinks are cold and food is delicious. They have a nice variety of flavored oysters and they are delicious. It's definitely more of a local spot but definitely worth checking out! We got the seafood bucket and split it and it was delicious! I loved that it came with 6 oysters which you can get steamed or raw. Most places who do buckets don't give that option

We love casual, fun dining, and this looked like a potential contender. We wanted to check it out mid-afternoon when it was slower. Zoom in on the photo I posted so that you might feel the sticky, grimy menus and s&p shakers. One of us ordered ceviche. It was a beautiful salsa with one shrimp on top for $9. No Mahi Mahi... no scallops, or other seafood that the menu said was included, etc. I questioned our helpful, sweet server. She took my dish to the chef, he took my one shrimp on top, added a couple more, chopped them up and sent it back with the message, you ordered the last one and that's why there was no seafood in it. I see there could be a potential for this area and establishment. At this time, I've been to so many other better places, the 4 of us have no interest in returning to this one.

Tiny place on the water, dive bar feel (which I enjoy) more for locals than a tourist spot. Food was fresh and tasty, drinks were cold. Only reason to not give 5 stars was the slow service. Waitress was very sweet, just felt like it took a long time to get drink refills and pay our check for such a small place. I'd go back myself, but may not recommend to others whom I know would be less than gracious if made to wait.

This place is incredible. Though we are not from the community, and don't particularly fit in with the rest of the crowd, we were treated like royalty. The oysters were to die for. If it wasn't for the shrimp we ate at the beach, I would have ordered another dozen oysters on the show. The waitress went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I will not forget her. I cannot wait to visit again in the future. The rating system only goes to five. If if the rating system went up to 10 it would be a 10.

Came here on 3/22 at 8:20 our server was so nice and professional. She brought everything to us in a timely manner.The steamed shrimp was out of this world. It was really fresh and tasty.The raw oysters were amazing. The Mexican oysters were fresh but the combination of salsa and sour creamed did not match my taste for cooked oysters. Great place on water. Tables were a bit sticky. Lovely rock music
