Ordered a Venti Caramel Machiato & was asking about the sea salt that they had put on sea salt caramel drink awhile back. I was inquiring if that was what it was & was told it doesn't come with but can put some. SHE THEN LITERALLY TOOK A PACKET OF SALT and poured it on top of the foam. Anyways when I tried to drink it was literally like hot water with foam and caramel so I tried to stir little see if changed and it didn't then when tried to drink without lid off was straight salt & foam immediate spit it out & never any taste of coffee Expresso anything. Absolutely horrible and Cost $8 too literally get hot water and just terrible. I'm very you won't be returning

General cleanliness was poor, staff appeared overworked, cash register wasn't functional so we had to pay at customer service in Target. Drinks were spot-on, however, and the crew was friendly, for the most part. WiFi was great.

Despite how busy this location always is, the staff manages to get through the line quickly and still keeps the quality of the drinks up to standard. If I come in with a complex order, I’m acknowledged with curiosity instead of frustration. I really like this location and the positive attitude of the team members.
