Mcdonald's

I never leave reviews. Today I ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles. I got a burger with no pickles, but added lettuce. I drove back through the drive through, explained the error, and ordered a new sandwich with no pickles, and was told to pull around to a waiting spot. After the people behind me (who also had to wait almost 10 minutes) got their food and left, someone finally came back out, only to ask me what I ordered (zero communication among workers, apparently). A few minutes later (at least 20 minutes after my first order), I got my sandwich. The manager apologized, and said she had to babysit the cooks to make sure the order was right, cause they were “just messing around back there”. 5 minutes down the road, I opened my burger. It had pickles. Most McDonald’s are run smoothly and consistently. This place, not so much.

You can here the employees talk on the intercom. The lady besides me was white, and the behind me was white. The employee started the conversation with "welcome to McDonald's what can I get for you..." I got "what can I get started for you..." I'm starting to think what they say about Howell is true. Luckily when I complain to corporate...they care more about money.

Almost always when i come to this location i am told to pull forward and wait. As i watch 5,6,7,8 cars go past 15 mins later get my food on top of the usual wait. Not worth it but its close to home.update its 1030 pm 8/27/21 at night just waited 30 mins in line was asked to pull around for my order once again lol i ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a fry cold as can be btw thats it this time. Not matter what fail

The service at this McDonald's has been slow but totally understandable with the staffing issue. Today I made my order and it was repeated back to me. When I picked up the order I was missing several items which they said I didn't pay for so I paid again. The woman at the Windiw was extremely rude throwing her hands around like I was trying to get Over on her. I was more than happy to pay for the food I ordered. I am not more than happy to be treated with such distrspect.and I also wonder why the medium and large sizes at this location for smoothies and specialty coffees are so much smaller than the other locations. I will not be returning.

I am never surprised when they forget the sauce with nugget happy meals. Every single time. Sometimes I ask if the sauce is in the box, they look at me horrendously offended like how dare I ask them that question, and then I get home to find, yep, no sauce. Maybe I'll stop asking for sauce and I'll start getting like 12 random sweet & sours in the happy meal boxes going forward, LOL. It's like really, guys? See the order? Order goes in the bag? Bag missing something? Place missing item in bag? 👏
