Great restaurant, the food is very tasty, and good portions are provided, not to mention the magnificent customer service. Me and my family love to order from here from time to time, and We'll continue to show them support.
This is my favorite sushi place in all of NYC. Has always served great sushi for an affordable price as far as sushi goes. They also have many other great options if sushi isn't your forte. Great little spot!
The best experience of my entire life was at Kawaii Sushi. The front desk man at may 4th,2023 was so sweet and so kind. Best sushi I’ve ever had, wonderful customer service. I will forever come back, not just for the sushi, but for the experience i was provided with. Hey guys I came back!!. This was the better experience. I had Denny and lemme just say he’s the best guy I’ve ever met. Every time I go and see this guy, he just woes me. THANK YOU DENNY!!
First time coming here and the food was delicious! I ordered the salmon teriyaki bento box and it was sooo good with a reasonable price.
I used to eat there on a weekly basis. I do not now, not for any specific reason, but wanted to share that. I see someone posted it being dirty and that’s alarming. I never had that experience and I have gone frequently since it opened around 10 years ago. I usually will order the lunch special since it can be pricy. I love their mixed combo rolls, fried or steamed gyoza and the rock shrimp. Their bento boxes are great too!!

I don’t know what these guys under me are talking about. I had a 3 roll for 17$ on a Sunday and it was so good. No funky smell and tasted fresh. Also had the pink lady and it was amazing. The little guy had a chicken pad Thai and it smelled amazing. I’d take a photo but the plate was clean in minutes. Menu has been updated!!
For a business with a small area they do ok. Price may be a few cents from others but food is always worth it

Haven't been here in 3 years, Wow ! Time does fly!
We came in expecting to see Bill & the girls, but instead the place looked like a take out fast food joint. The food was good but not the same as before and the ambiance is completely gone! A nice neighborhood nabe transformed into not sure what to call the new decor.😢
Highly recommend. I always get nervous ordering out because my son has peanut, tree nut and egg allergies. We ordered online tonight and I stated my son my sons allergies. With in minutes I received a call from the restaurant stating they use only vegetable oil and will not use eggs. I thought that was pretty awesome of them to do that. Not to mention the food was excellent and done in a timely matter. Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness.
