Taco Bell

I love taco bell! This Taco Bell is great, they almost always get my order right and I feel like I get more food for my money here compared to a lot of other local fast food places. I only ever use the drive thru but the workers are always super nice and the food is made pretty quick yet it's not sloppy. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a quick bike to eat in Houston.

Absolute terrible service. The 40 year old manager is more immature than an 18 year old fresh out of high school. They didn’t put any meat on any of our crunch wraps and we went back to get meat out on them, he said “no I made them myself I know there’s meat on there” threw the receipt back in my face and walked off.

The Taco lovers pass journey Day 2: the store sadly has a sign posted they won't open for another hour (an our later then regularly), despite the app saying my order is ready. I swear I saw staff sweeping around my car. I call the restaurant and ask if my order still exists, not many answers but to try and come back after 11 when they open. Later I return, to find my order has been wiped from their system. Despite this they take me on my word that I do not only have 1 pass, but three. They happily make my order, while still admitting to their doubts. I swear I shall prove myself with another 28 orders of three tacos a day straight. God speed taco bell staff 👍

Would not let me make 2 seperate orders in drive-thru, said I would just have to pay for them all together or else I would have to drive around twice!!!! (Huge line of cars, already waited forever) So I get it all together, they screw it up, & I have to repeat the order 3 times, the last time she says, "& 1 Dr Pepper.." So the 4th time, I said...no, it's 2 lg Dr Pepper's & she says, "I know, I got it down, I just don't like dr pepper " ....like.... What in the actual holy heck.....but anyway, the total was not crazy but it was expensive on top of the hassle....I've not been back since.

Me and my wife usually get the cravings deal hear and its usually really good but this time was different. i heard they were cutting back on portions to save money, but i didn't expect this. When i got to my chalupa I got nothing but sour cream and tomato. I got a Doritos taco with no lettuce and it was practically a shell. I'll just eat somewhere else till things change

Not sure if it's the voice box or what but it seems like every single time I stop by the drive thru they mess something up and rarely get anything right. For instance the other day I ordered 2 bean burritos no cheese and when I got home, the burritos were rice and beef. Tonight I stop by and I ask for 2 bean burritos add tomato and a crunch wrap add black beans no cheese or sour cream. When I get home theirs 3 bean burritos in my bag and the crunch wrap has beans tomato and cheese. Not sure if it's the incompetent workers not listening or if someone is disabled.
