My family really likes this little place. The food was fresh and tasty. However the wait was pretty long. Take advantage of ordering ahead if you can. For a 4 person order it took about 20 mins to get food. Service was great though.

Great place, the worker there her name was Jessica, and she was super friendly and helpful. She was running around like crazy making sure everyone had there orders she was alone upfront, but as busy as she was, she never stopped smiling and did a great job staying on top of it all.

The server was rude and didn't have any gloves on his hands and kept getting yall order wrong.

Food took 30 minutes and I was the only car in drive thru. They must be under staffed but it's still unacceptable especially since I was the only customer at the time.

We went Drive-thru window on Wednesday and the female clerk was patient and kind. We paid for food and drove off without it and had drove to get gas. To realize we had not gotten

My only warning is order double because you husband will take a bite and eat your food.
We stopped in, and first thing we noticed is how friendly the staff is! My husband ordered a burger, and I ordered the spicy chicken. The food was insanely good! We don’t really have great fast food places in the Houston area, but Checkers (or at least this Checkers) appears to be one of the few that hits the mark.
We really enjoyed our food, went back for seconds. The staff was super attentive to the detail, we got our food fast and hot. The manager came over and introduced himself and made sure we did not need anything else. 5 out 5!

Man, what a nice surprise. I was not expecting anything great but got a great burger with great flavor. It definitely hit the spot! Unlike most other fast foods, the burger actually tastes really good, and add some great fries. My girl had the spicy chicken and I got piece of that as well. Don’t be fooled by other spicy chicken, this one convinced me my next trip back would be sooner than later. Great service and management! The owner introduced himself to us and was awesome! Will be back soon!

Totally underrated. Houston's best kept secret when it comes to burgers. Better than In-n'-Out, better than Whataburger! The secret is the buns! The frys are unique! Friendly service, no wait.
