The drive thru was very busy but at this location it didn't take them no time to take care of our order. This is the first time I have been to a 5 star McDonald's but it happened today. When I first placed my order the person had very good communication skills through the microphone. When we pulled up to get our food the woman was so nice and SMILED! That is important to make us feel good as customers. She made sure the order was complete and didn't forget anything which is so important. She offered us cups for our ice cream so it didn't make a mess and even gave us spoons with enough napkins. Today was shocking because this service was so superior to the other locations.When we opened the food which was made to order and still fast , it was done properly. All of these things added up to the five star experience. The woman named Roniesha in the drive thru at the end was what really made my day. Sorry if I spelled it wrong but she was so nice. She is absolutely one of the best customer service representatives that we have encountered. I definitely recommend this location if you are near this area.
I am aware that McDonald's doesn't need my review. They could have a 1 🌟 and make money either way but I felt need to express that this location is on top of their game. I live nearby and didn't expect to receive great customer service, correct orders and food freshly warm every time i druve-thru. I just wanted to leave this good review because whatever the manager is doing or who ever is in charge is doing something right, which is very rare for a fast food chain like this one.
Love this place with all of my heart. The workers are always so cool, isn’t he morning the same old lady serves me every time and she literally always has a smile. At night is when the characters come out and it’s always fun to talk nonsense with the workers. I WAS JUST OFFERED COLOGNE from the dude at the window. It’s a good time. Plus the food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s. GAS
The amazing gentleman behind the counter saw that I was waiting patiently for my simple order. He asked what I had ordered and without asking for my receipt, got my two simple items and with exchanges of a great big smile, I was on my way. He made my day. Thank you.
Everything has been fresh, delicious, and made correctly. Great job this morning to the crew working, my McMuffin was absolutely juicy with the double butter I requested, couldn’t be happier.
Food was great. The workers went above and beyond for me which I greatly appreciate. What kind of irked me though was what I can only see as an attempt at anti-vagrant policy. It was the middle of the night, my phone was seriously depleted, and I'd stopped in for some food and to potentially find an open outlet for a couple minutes to charge my phone. Inside every outlet had been converted and was covered. I understand this isn't a service mcdonalds needs to provide but between this and all of the other policy changes and remodel work being done in all the stores I've seen, they might as well completely do away with the lobby because they sure don't want people in it. The woman behind the counter who helped me was wonderful but the restaurant felt almost hostile to me being there and having my quick meal.
5 stars for McDonalds?? What?? I like this store's format, kiosk ordering with table delivery. Food was as ordered, complete with customizations, delivered by a friendly smiling person. 2 drive through lanes available, but I ate inside, so can't comment on them other than there's two.
Very clean. Play place immaculate and there's a quiet room to sit in where you can watch your child play.

Today in the afternoon I went to pick up an Uber and the girl at the window, very happy and friendly, helped finish it, more people should work like her, I wanted to take a photo to post it as an excellent service but God made her feel sorry for them. bless
Pretty standard fast food. I came here and got a grilled artisan chicken sandwich, a medium fries, and a drink for $2.16 because of some coupons on the app. If you haven't downloaded the app, you're missing out. The fries weren't fresh, but eh.. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and had a self-serve spot for ordering. Haven't tried it, but it seems pretty cool. I tried it at a different restaurant before and couldn't get it to work with a coupon from the app and it basically stole the coupon.. haha. So beware of that if you try it.
