Previously Boba Chic, Navy Seafood has given the quaint restaurant a new paint job and not much else. However, it hasn't stopped them from drastically improving the food. I got their Fish Sandwich with catfish, and it was one of the most delightful pieces of fish I've ever had. Lightly breaded and seasoned, it let the natural flavors do the work and it certainly paid off. While the presentation isn't anything to write home about, some white bread, lettuce and tomato around catfish, the portion was respectable for around $5. Overall, loved it and will definitely try more of their menu. Look out Popcorn Shrimp!

The food is always great and great value! There are many options to choose from, and they have fried rice too. Jumbo shrimp is my favorite!

This place is a staple in the hood! I have been eating there for over 30 years now, and the wings are still just as good. My mom loves the fish with fries, and the shrimp fried rice. I prefer the wings with fried rice and an egg roll. If you are ever in the area and want to try some good ole hood food, definitely give them a try. You won't go wrong.
