The general manager of this store is so professional and offers the best customer service. She went above and beyond to assist us and that’s not something everyone does these days. It was truly refreshing and appreciated. Fast food isn’t expensive but we still want our food to be good. She made sure of it.

This is the first location I've had the nachos for lunch that have actually been good. The chips were fresh and not to be picky but I also received whole chips not crumbs. I don't have much time for lunch so I need to go to a place where they're fast and this place is definitely quick. Placed an order on their kiosk and a few minutes later they called my name, even though their drive-thru seemed busy.

I ordered 5 tacos Supreme Crunch & they were very delicious. My order was fast, and the staff was friendly, good location for some good tacos 🌮

Service at this Taco Bell is always exceptional. Fast and Friendly service at its best. Kudos to whomever runs this store. Employee's are trained well and go out of their way to make your visit as well as possible. The food is always hot and the orders are always right. Great job, Taco Bell, and everyone that makes it run as a well-oiled machine. Thanks a Million Mark Dillon

UPDATE: This location continues to be 1 of my favorites. I love how respectful the employees are and how great of an attitude they have. Today 05/04/23 I came with the family to have dinner and our experience was great. Like I said in the beginning the service is excellent. This location is very clean inside and out and I love how your food is made so well and not sloppy and at this location the tacos don't stick to the wrapper. I highly recommend this location. Taco Bell on Taylor/Sawyer Heights is a really great location. The employees are very friendly respectful and professional. No one here has a bad attitude. This location is very clean and everything is made very delicious...not sloppy at all. I highly recommend this location.

People are not friendly. You need to check your delivered food carefully. If you request condiments. They will not give.Attitude is bad.

Love TB, but this is my least favorite in Houston. Food isn't quite top, and staff aren't giving 100%. Even ice from the soda machine not working right. Still worth returning to.

It's a Taco Bell, not sure what else more you're expecting. Sometimes you just need a 12:30 AM Taco Bell.

Fastest service at any Taco Bell I've ever experienced! Clean restaurant and bathroom. However, I was surprised that other customers didn't clean up after themselves (trash and trays).
