service was fast enough, the food was pretty good. restaurant was very clean. they have new digital screen orders which is great if you don't wanna wait or if you want to see the whole menu and all the products they can't fit on the regular board.

This Taco Bell location at S Loop and S Main has always been reliable. Despite being one of the more regularly busy TB locations (satisfying the tex-mex-esque cravings of the world's largest medical center populas) I have seen and been a patron of, their speed and food quality remain above reproach.
I was greeted upon entering. The young lady who greeted me promoted using their kiosk to order. I had planned on using it to check the menu items, but I went ahead and ordered on it as well. Good food, excellent service and clean environment. It's obviously not authentic Mexican tacos. It's a good quick bite Doritos taco supreme usually does the trick for me.
The lady at the drive through is always super nice and my order is always correct.
This Taco Bell is in a really bad location. Homeless in the parking lot. The whole area smells like malt liquor and desperation.
But the girls that work the drive through window are always incredibly happy and sweet and the food always comes quick and is good.
Since the start of inflation this year, I’ve have had a string of disappointing experiences at different Taco Bell locations with the value for food being very poor (skimpy portions, skipped ingredients). Was not the prettiest taco bell I've ever seen, but was still quite clean. Manager ran a tight ship and they were busy, everyone friendly but working at lightning speed. All the custom orders exactly right, and every product full and satisfying. Checkout
This is by far the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The customer service is A1. All of the team members are laughing and joking around. You can tell they actually don't mind they're jobs and making the best of it. :D
