Mr Philips at the front was one of the nicest and most attentive customer service associate ive seen in the lower Houston area. He handled every order i had (multiple orders) with zero attitude and did not rush food out. The store was exceptionally clean i dont normally eat arbys but this location inspired me to go back to trying it out! Promote him!

Ignore the negative reviews. This is a gem. Was not the prettiest taco bell I've ever seen, but was still quite clean. Manager ran a tight ship and they were busy, everyone friendly but working at lightning speed. All the custom orders exactly right, and every product full and satisfying. Checkout had to be done at a kiosk, but they still came right to us to verify some of the custom items.

This Taco Bell location at S Loop and S Main has always been reliable. Despite being one of the more regularly busy TB locations (satisfying the tex-mex-esque cravings of the world's largest medical center populas) I have seen and been a patron of, their speed and food quality remain above reproach. Thank you, Taco Bell, for your admirable assiduous accessability, affordability, and adaptability. Keeping up with the needs and desires of and maintaining relevance in an ever-changing market is a feat. I have nothing negative to say about the corporation, nor this TB location. I am, however, a bit confused and concerned... for my edification, will you please let me know if you will accept this "FREE TACO OF YOUR CHOICE" coupon I just received in my order on February 15, 2023? I wonder because this particular tender is 1 year, 8 months, & 15 days past its expiration. -Not asking for a friend, but for my taco-loving heart. <3

Since the start of inflation this year, I’ve have had a string of disappointing experiences at different Taco Bell locations with the value for food being very poor (skimpy portions, skipped ingredients). So, it was very refreshing to have a hearty meal for two, off the value menu last night at this location. Food for fresh, filling, all the veggies were served, order was correct and above all the drive through staff was very attentive and patient, late at night at this super busy location. Highly recommend this location. Will visit again.

I was greeted upon entering. The young lady who greeted me promoted using their kiosk to order. I had planned on using it to check the menu items, but I went ahead and ordered on it as well. I ended up ordering the Power Menu Bowl off of the power menu and a spicy potato soft taco off of the value menu. I always enjoy the potato taco, but I was a little disappointed with the portion size of the power bowl. It was nothing like the picture on the menu, but that's not shocking. Despite this, I enjoyed the bowl. The young lady who greeted me stopped by and asked me how the bowl was since it was my first time trying it. I told her it was smaller than expected and she understood. She did recommended the taco bowl for the next time as it would probably be more satisfying. Overall, it was a great visit. The only reason I didn't give a five star was due to the portion size of the bowl. I have attached photos from the website. Forgot to take actual pictures of my food.
