When your name is Taco Bell, and you can’t make a taco without it being a watery, gooey mess, something is seriously wrong. Who puts the sour cream between the taco and the wrapper and none actually in the taco? Strange brown liquid leaked out of the taco meat, making the whole thing fall apart when it was picked up and pulled partially from the taco holder, you know, how you might pull it out if you were going to actually eat it. It couldn’t be eaten, since it was disintegrating and falling everywhere, so I gave up and threw it away. I figured I’d just eat my Crunchwrap and move on. The Crunchwrap was ripped open, the contents falling out everywhere, and it was burned and hard as a rock all at the same time. How does anyone look at that mess and think it’s fine to give the customer? The picture actually makes it look better... smh. What happened to the Taco Bell location on West Belfort & Fondren... were their standards too high so they needed to be shut down?? I’ll make my own tacos at home from now on, thanks.

I have been to this location twice and both times were drive through and the staff is always very polite and pleasant to speak with and it seems as though they actually care. I am glad I found a location that puts out decent quality taco bell meals and I have nice interactions with the staff. Will definitely return to this location in particular if I want taco bell.

First time I visited this location and was very happy with the experience. The gentleman that took my order acknowledged and greeted me upon arrival. He listened carefully to how I wanted my order as I requested no cheese or sour cream. He was also very professional and polite as he repeated and gave me my order. Truly gave an amazing customer service!

I ordered the Mexican pizza combo, pizza shells where burnt and tasted burnt. I ate some of it, tacos where great.
I don't like to complain everybody has bad days, so I didn't say anything.
Customer service was great.
Please work on pizza crust, I really want my next visit better.

Customer service is always prompt and good. Smiling faces, good energy etc. But food is hit or miss. Tonight my Chalupa box was very cold. Last time I came here I didn’t feel well after eating. But I’ve been going here the last seven years. Food is good, but sometime hit or miss like tonight.

This is a very clean restaurant that always keeps items in stock , if there are supplies needed in the Restroom they are quick to restock . Service is rather quick , even at peak hours your food is delivered at a considerate time and at non peak hours your food is delivered to the table .

Every time I upgrade my chalupa or taco to chicken I never get it I normally wouldn't be so upset but I do pay extra this is an upgrade and also the 3rd time... I come here after the gym every now and then so I'm not close enough to take it back once I actually begin to eat

I just love to brag about my story at this Taco Bell. I drive about 5 miles from my house, where there's another Taco Bell just a mile from me. Why? This Taco Bell has a full menu and staff that cares about the customers.
I don't care about this part of town. When I'm hungry, I want my taco made correctly with freshest ingredients. Unlike the one near my house, they made sure my orders are delivered accurate.
