Jessie was wonderful to work with! She made both the bride and groom's cakes for our wedding. She made the process of choosing flavors and design very easy. Her cakes are so extremely moist and delicious!! I still dream about her cake and can't wait for our 1 year anniversary to pull it back out! We provided her with pictures for the groom's cake (a formula 1 pit stop) and she did an amazing job catching every little detail! Don't hesitate, make an appointment now before she books up. Update in response to the comment below. We had our anniversary cake and we were surprised it tasted just as good as the day of our wedding. I believe they left instructions on how to wrap it for freezing (my mom did that). Adding photos of our cakes!

We loved working with Edible Designs by Jessie! They are affordable, easy to work with, and their cakes are so beautiful and tasty! We had a four tier cake, each one with a different flavor, as well as an awesome Aggie Ring groom's cake and got so many compliments on both. What is even sweeter is what Jessie did for us after our wedding. Edible Designs had boxed our top tier before our event so that we could enjoy the tradition of freezing it and eating it on our one year wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, when we opened the box the day after our wedding the cake had been destroyed, not by Edible Designs but elsewhere (the box was mishandled which ruined the cake). I was devastated, this was so important to me. I emailed Jessie to get a quote on having the top tier remade so that I could have something for our one year anniversary, even if it wasn't the original. Jessie understood and out of the kindness of her heart she remade the top tier for us free of charge! This is something she easily could have charged us for and did not. We are forever grateful, not only for that kindness but also for the amazing cakes we had for our wedding. Thank you everyone at Edible Designs for going above and beyond for our special day (and for our first anniversary too)!
Edible Designs by Jessie make both the grooms cake and main wedding cake for my wedding in 2013. They did such a good job!! It was perfect, exactly what I asked for and delicious. Everyone complimented the cakes, especially the grooms cake which was chocolate with chocolate tuxedo strawberries on top. I highly recommend Edible Designs by Jessie for your special occasion. They also delivered it all the way to Galveston for us! All around great service.
Jessie made the cake for my daughter's wedding reception at the JW Marriott Downtown. We chose the Champagne cake with Apricot Mousse and the Chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganache Mousse.
The cake looked amazing and turned out exactly like we wanted. Jessie's cakes taste out of this world and all our guests raved about them. She has so many great cakes...it was hard to choose a flavor, but we sure enjoyed the tasting appointment!
She is so talented she can create just about anything.
Chef Adam and his team knocked it out of the park with my groom's cake. Their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. I am so glad we decided to work with him at Edible Designs by Jessie. We almost went with an in house vendor through our wedding venue, but thank goodness we didn't. You will not be disappointed with what these artists can do for your special event. We cannot wait to work with Adam and everyone at Edible Designs again.

Jessie designed and created a lovely 3D grand piano design in honor of my friend's husbands 40th birthday. A milestone birthday deserves a memorable cake. The tasting process was simple (easy and straightforward to book online through their link) and a pleasant and filling way to pass an hour. Jessie was already committed to several other deliveries on our date and couldn't personally deliver it, so I had the nerve wracking experience of driving it up 1960 to the Willowbrook area. Even the staff at the restaurant was astonished at the quality of her work and took pictures (and samples :) of her artistry. Being that I work in the event industry, there are many bakers in town that I enjoy and Jessie is very much one of them. Her pricing is a little more expensive, but for a special occasion is definitely worth it. When they make deliveries to the venue where I work, her bakery and representatives are always on time and professional. Certainly add them to your list to pay a visit to if you are in the market for a very special cake.

Oh my God, we have not even had our event yet, but Adam is AWESOME. He really believe in helping his customers. We are having our 10 year Wedding Anniversary Party and we went to Adam because I wanted a beautiful cake. The reviews were really good. From the day we met him, he has been great. I really didn't know what I wanted and he was very patient with me. I change my design three different times on three different occasions. Which my husband was like again. He help me each time. The cake I really wanted was way out of our budget, but he made it work for us. Oh my gosh he was so helpful. A lot of things went wrong for our wedding 10 years ago, but this anniversary, a lot of thing are going right. Especially Adam with the show stopping cake he help us with. If you are looking for the best, Adam is it. With both his cakes and his BIG HEART!!!!! Thanks so much Adam.

I cannot say enough good things about Edible Designs! First, I’ll comment about their cakes. Typically, when I eat cake I need a glass of milk nearby. However, with Edible Designs, the cake just melts in your mouth! It is the perfect texture and so moist and delicious.
My fiancé and I went there for a cake tasting for our wedding, and choosing a flavor was sooo challenging because everything was so exquisite. (We even bought some to take home so we could further enjoy the taste-and Chef Adam threw in extra slices.)
The service, like I’ve never experienced. This whole wedding process has been meeting people in the wedding industry that just want money money money. Not Chef Adam, he’s clearly in it for far more than just money. He worked with my fiancé and me, he ensured we were overly satisfied and happy. He worked with out budget. He was even patient with my 5-year-old future step son, and after this kid eats a bunch of cake, that isn’t easy to do!
I went in there with absolutely no design in mind, and Chef Adam sketched me my dream cake in a matter of seconds. We even decided to add in a grooms cake because we couldn’t pick just one design.

From the intial greeting and tasting to the final delivery, Jessie amd staff were great! Courteous, friendly,and detail oriented. The cake was precisely as described. The design,decor, placement of silk flowers was perfect. She conveniently had our top layer boxed and ready to go with a faux layer decorated for the wedding. Most importantly, the cake was delicious.It was so moist, almost unbelievable. I froze some we had leftover while we were out of town. Thawed it out upon our return and it was still moist amd rich in flavor. I can't wait to get at our anniversary top layer we saved. My son is getting married next year and his wife to be has already said she's going with Jessie!
Edible Designs did an amazing job with my husband and i's cake. It was beautiful and tasted amazing. They laid out all the dates for me and let me know what they needed.
