I recently moved to this area and I have tried to eat twice in this subway with my wife. I had no luck since the lady the first time said she is on lunch and the second time she said she is on break while sweeping the floor... I felt like she just don't want to serve me for being Hispanic.

Service used to be good. Now they hired a chubby girl who doesn't talk to you, leaves you standing, won't answer to good morning, slow, poker face all the time. If she doesn't like that job she should quit. And that subway manager should fire her. The Hispanic lady that works there, the blond one, she gives good customer care.

The lady who helped me (I think she’s the owner or manager) was super friendly, she smiled the whole time, and even sent me home with a few bags of chips that expired a few days before telling me, “I can’t sell these, but I can give them away for free and there’s only so many I can eat alone.” Loved this terrific service. I will always talk great about this Subway store!
