The food was good and most of the service was good, but there was an assistant manager or shift leader that didn't want to allow me to get my burger the way I wanted it. I'm so glad the young man waiting on me asked the manager on duty. She was very kind and helpful. Although the shift leader was probably doing what she had been told if a customer wants to remove things from their burger you should let them with no argument.

Typically I’m in and out, but tonight was jammed packed. The college kids were hanging out and got free food and it was a mad house. I placed an online order for curbside and received it like 30 minutes later than I was supposed to. Guest that ordered after me got their food before me… I was hot as fish grease. Not happy at all.

The employees at Whataburger are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is always extra clean. Never saw trash all over the parking lot food is exceptionally good never really heard of any drama there I love the whataburger on old Spanish Trail. I love it so much aiI eat there everyday. Those of you reading this review I suggest you go there and give it an shot.

I love this whataburger! The workers are all fantastic especially the morning crew. I will drive farther out just to go to this one specifically. They always make my morning and are so polite.

Cashier was helpful making sure the points were redeemed and amount was adjusted. When using the app to redeem points. Friendly cashier. Was a very late food run. And tired after a long day flight.
