I recently visited the Pizza Hut located on Little York Road, and I must say, it was quite an interesting experience. Prior to my visit, I had read numerous unpleasant reviews about this particular location. However, to my surprise, I had a positive encounter during my visit today.
I decided to call in my order for a large pepperoni pizza, and remarkably, it was ready within just 15 minutes. What struck me as odd was that they even called me back to inform me that my order was ready, which is not something they typically do. Opting for the carry-out method, I interacted with the cashier named Wayne, who provided exceptional service.
While the overall experience was pleasant, I did notice that the pizza was a little cold. Nevertheless, I couldn't help but acknowledge the significant improvement this Little York location has undergone over the past few years. In the past, it had a considerably worse reputation.
It's worth mentioning that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy on the day of my visit, which might have contributed to the positive experience. All in all, I paid for my order swiftly and left the premises without any hassle.
In conclusion, despite the negative reviews I had come across, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff and the improved state of the Little York Pizza Hut location. While the pizza could have been warmer, my overall experience was quite satisfactory.
Ironesha helped me today and she was extremely nice! She got my mobile order over the phone and was extremely patient with me, and not once did I feel rushed to order or hurry up. She was very helpful, and the food looked great and fresh. She also had me double check my order to make sure everything was right. I don’t understand the bad reviews. My experience was great.
Our pizzas were hot, fresh, but most of all the topping were actually placed perfectly on the pizza like a work of art instead of something someone just threw together.
Ordered online through the app good was ready on time. Exactly what I ordered no problems or complications.
They are professional and trustworthy. They always have the best quality food and service.
I recommend visiting this location. I come here often and have seen some great changes with the staff.
