Every time I visit Houston I come here. They have the best breakfast tacos- the staff is always so nice. Love this place for a quick taco! I haven’t had any breads or pastries yet.

The bakery variety is descent with about a dozen selections. Palmiers, muffins, rolled cake and more. The bakery definitely warrants a worthy visit all by itself and what I should also say, make sure you know, is the tacos!!!!
The babacoa taco is by far one of the best I have ever had. The beef is so tender and much more beefier than any others I have had. The toppings simple yet fresh, adding the perfect crunch and tomato onion taste. The salsa is excellently spicy with lovely favors of tomatillo.
Definitely come visit, get your tacos and pick up some pastry.

Arguably the best tacos on the east side. They are only served til 3 so make sure you’re on time. The lengua taco with the homemade red sauce and a squeeze of lime is the way to go. I PROMISE. I have been coming here for years and even had the women give me her recipe for the sauce because it’s too good.
Hands down best breakfast and lunch tacos in Houston fresh-made tortillas everyday and unlike other restaurants their meat is fresh & friendly staff definitely a hidden gem in Houston
I love This hole in the wall mom and pop place.
The best time to go is Early mornings. Anytime between 630 - 930am. The breads are fresh and very warm. The coffee is Standard but good. It doesn't get in the way of the taste.
Best thing is the price. Dude when ever I'm near UH main campus I swing by there.
They make Fresh flour tortillas all day Long and no preservatives. I make my own tacos with them at home.
And they're not greasy tortillas.
Whenever I swing by for just Bread I Get extra Pecan Muffins. And various bread Everyone of them good with coffee or chocolate milk.

Enjoy your torta they make a really good one. If your really hungry get that otherwise, Two tacos will do. Btw Tacos are very filling too.
First of all I've been eating here since I was 2 years old I'm 41 now. This is an awesome bakery!! Second and most importantly in my humble opinion is, they have a small taqueria inside. From that taqueria you'll have should you dare to try, THE BEST TORTA IN HOUSTON!!!!

The kitchen closes at 2:30pm, make sure you order their burrito—delicious and filling.
The people are great. Enjoy going there and having one of the ladies call me "mijo". Reminds me of home.
Great bakery ! Food is very good too but would like eggs one to be available to mix .
Ordered potatoes & bacon...only available with bacon & egg...then we did not have bacon in the taco. Beans extra.
Also, if eggs alone available, could have Barbados with my eggs in a taco.
