Great bacon and cheese burger with fries between flights.
Nice draft beer selection that made it all taste even better!
Fast service at the bar and easy to to get a little work done while waiting.
They close a little early so you might be out of luck if you have a flight past 9 pm. They were already closing tables and limiting service to the bar when I got there around 8 on a Sunday night.
It could be open later on week nights but not sure.
Always love the atmosphere in The Hard Rock locations, great music while you eat/ drink. Chicken tenders are fire! Bloody Mary was a lot more expensive than I expected ($22!) but with no prices on the menu, guess I should've asked first.
When you enter you sit where there is space, you scan the QR, milk and pay, in my case the QR did not work. I ordered a Blue Moon beer ($10.80) which needed to be a little colder and for the food I ordered a New York Strip Steak ($40) and it was good. They don't give you tortilla or bread to accompany it but in general it's good. The service is good, I was able to order without the QR. In terms of price, it is very expensive and there are not many options around the airport.
Jarrett was an excellent waiter, the food was great. I got the Messi burger and it was surprisingly very tasty for airport food! The wings also were really good!!
My family had dinner here on 4/30 around 5:30pm. We seated ourselves and were immediately greeted by our awesome server Crystal W. She was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. She took great care of us, and we enjoyed our experience as much as our food. And the food was delicious! The southwest chicken flatbread was amazing! The Long Island ice tea was refreshing and strong, just like I like it! And the burgers we ordered were cooked to the perfect temperature; juicy, with smokey hints and crisp fresh veggies to balance the rich and savory meat. We had a great time!
My food was hot and fresh. Served quickly. Good service. Big portions.
It was nice to get out of the crowds and service was prompt, however I don't think nachos are meant to be garnished with thinly sliced whole limes including the rind. I mean this in the sense that I think someone got confused in the kitchen and they literally were not supposed to do that. I tried to separate them out from the pickled onions and rest of the nachos but the overwhelming "rindyness" was quite unpleasant.
To be clear, I enjoy lemon and lime pickle with a good curry and this wasn't that - this was more of a "someone thinly sliced a lime and dressed it in vinegar" experience.
I mentioned the lime situation to the server and she said there were *supposed* to be whole limes in the dish but I've been google image searching Hard Rock Cafe nachos and I just don't see any limes out there.
It was a better than average airport dining experience because it gave me a puzzle to work on. Would return.
Great breakfast food. GREAT music videos and decor, but Expensive compared to what I'm used to.
I appreciated that they were open (not all eateries were) and ordering by QR code worked just fine - BUT -
it's a shame you have to pick a tip amount when you order (before you've even met your server, let alone gauged service and food).
Limited set of choices for breakfast like no OJ :-(, though I can't comment on lunch/dinner.
Great choice on this stop while at the Airport. Christopher was my bartender that took care of me. He deserves to be recognized for hooking me up this Veterans Day.🍺 Also thanks to the Manager for the Support🍻
Great service, we had a waitress come over as we were having issues with the mobile phone ordering. Good hot food.
