1/6/18 UPDATE: Two weeks have passed since my first visit and I’ve changed my review to 5 stars! The owners are listening, or rather reading, the reviews and taking the necessary steps for improvement. This time we got enough food for the the entire family. Here’s what we had and how it was... Do’s Orange Chicken with Fried Rice & a pork Egg Roll: Great flavor and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Not too spicy either. Sweet Chili Chicken with Steamed Rice & a pork Egg Roll: Loved this one, but then again, sweet chili sauce is one of my favorites! Another dish where the chicken was perfectly cooked. Ginger Beef & Broccoli with Fried Rice & a pork Egg Roll: The beef was tender; the broccoli had the perfect amount of crunch and the ginger flavor was subtle enough that it did not over power the dish. Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice & a chicken Egg Roll: This one is the one I had two weeks ago and was over cooked. One of the owners told us that they’ve tweaked the recipe a bit by marinating the meat longer and let me tell ya, it worked! Perfectly tender beef. So glad because this is one of my favorite beef dishes. We also had the opportunity to try their dessert Egg Rolls. Apple and Cheesecake. Both were pretty tasty! I’ll be getting those again. Brent, thank you for taking the time to talk with us while we were there. Wishing you much success in the new year and we’ll see you soon! ———————————————————————— First timer...The Mongolian Beef had an excellent flavor, but was over cooked. (So much so that it was like eating shoe leather. Couldn’t even finish it.) The pot stickers also had a great flavor, but the dipping sauce was too salty...and I add salt to everything. Pork Egg Roll was tasty and perfectly fried; not greasy at all and the cinnamon wontons? Outstanding! The staff was friendly, but I think I’ll give them some time to get the kinks worked out before trying them again.

This is a new concept restaurant that specializes in eggrolls. They offer a variety to choose from, including some delicious dessert eggrolls. My group and I wanted to try different ones since it was our first visit. We had the crawfish, the buffalo chicken, the regular chicken, pork, and shrimp eggrolls. We also had fried rice, Lo mein noodles, orange chicken, honey bbq ribs, and the spice wings. For dessert, we had the apple pie, cheesecake/strawberry, and s’mores eggrolls. EVERYTHING we had was fresh, hot, and oh so delicious! The staff was totally wonderful, attentive, and caring. My family and I will definitely be regular customers!

Super delicious. I love the unique concept of the specialty rolls. I did 2 6-packs and tried every roll they had. Not one of the rolls were bad. The standouts to me were the Mac and cheese, cheeseburger, and apple pie. Would recommend anybody try. Prepare to wait a few minutes for the food as they make it fresh to order

This is new concept restaurant in my area of town. It is very small with only two tables which can seat 6 comfortably and a bar with seats along the wall. While I was dining there, several people came in for carry out orders. They specialize in egg rolls. There are nine different varieties with non-traditional buffalo chicken, vegetable tofu, apple and cream cheese. I sampled all of them as my contribution to yelp, plus I just love egg rolls. They were well stuffed but still mostly cabbage as you would get in a Chinese restaurant. They are all a bargain at a $1 each, but I would rather pay a higher price point for more meat to further distinguish them from Chinese restaurants. The exception was the buffalo chicken egg roll. (5 stars) Had a lot of meat with a mild buffalo sauce mixed in, but with their homemade ranch with dill, it was the bomb. My only other drawback is that the eggs rolls came in wax paper pockets which were labeled, but they were a bit oily for my taste. Maybe paper pockets would help to soak up some of the oil. The egg rolls were well cooked and crispy despite the excess oil. They heated up very well in my table-top Galloping Gourmet convection oven. Egg rolls (3-4 stars). Since I cannot live on egg rolls alone, I ordered the five spice chicken wings ($5.95 for 6 wings) as an appetizer. It comes with cinnamon crisps and white rice, but you can upgrade to fried rice for $1. This was the bargain of the day! It could have been a meal. The wings were well-seasoned and more of a teriyaki flavor (4 stars). The fried rice was a fairly large portion (full container) and contained finely chopped veggies, and maybe some eggs pieces so ask if you are Vegan. (5 stars) Much better than the $1 upgrade across the street that only puts soy sauce and quickly fries it and charges you more. Finally, I finished with the cinnamon crisps (complimentary with a couple of my dishes) and I enjoyed then. Great cinnamon sugar, but a little oily because they too were packed in a wax paper bag. (4.5 stars) I also had the apple egg roll, and I was pleasantly surprised. Full of apple compote with a good texture with the crispy egg roll shell. (5 stars). They only opened on December 1, 2017, but the service was very friendly. One of my pet peeves was that they have the screen asking for a gratuity before you get the meal. This is an order at the counter place, but I got a commitment from the cashier that I would get good service even without a gratuity (good answer- so I left 20% which was more than the 10 percent appropriate for good service at buffets and cafe express places). I did receive great service, as she brought my food to me and helped me bag my left overs. The food is given to you in to- go plastic container, and the cold drinks are container. 16 oz soft drink will set you back $1.95 and bottle water is $1.25. This is mainly a take out place, but I plan on coming here often. Based upon the food and service, I give this place a solid 4 stars. Give it a try. I attached a photo of a coupon for 3 free egg rolls with purchase, and they may honor it if you show it to them. Coupon said it is good until February 1, 2018.

Great food, very friendly staff, tried the 4 egg roll combo with Lo Mein, had each of the egg rolls, Vegetable, Pork, Shrimp, and Apple pie. Texture of all the egg rolls were on point with a real nice crunch to it. The vegetable egg roll was my favorite. Sweet chili dipping sauce complimented the egg rolls deliciously. Lo Mein had a great flavor, very satisfied with the food and service. Also had the Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Why have I waited this long to try this place? It’s amazing y’all! I was greeted with a “hello welcome, and thank you for coming in tonight!” I was a bit overwhelmed looking at the extensive menu screens but the woman taking my order was more than willing to talk me through it and even offered a couple of her favorites as suggestions. I ordered pretty safe as it was my first time with the egg roll combo which came with 2 egg rolls of my choice and a side order for what I thought was a fantastic price! I had the Philly cheesesteak and the supreme pizza egg rolls and even a cheesecake roll with strawberry dipping sauce which was to die for! The cheese fries I took as my side were the biggest order of fires I have ever seen lol! The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back to try some of the breakfast egg rolls they also offer those sound amazing! Thank you all for the great service and awesome food 🙏

My wife and I have been looking for a new place to get great fried rice, since our local Chinese restaurant changed owners and chefs. We tried the Egg Roll Factory today and their house fried rice is delicious. The egg rolls are good and they carry other types of Chinese food as well. It is obviously designed for carry out and delivery business. Very small in dining area. But they do deliver and they are reasonably fast in preparing the food. I give this place 5 stars. Try their hot apple pie egg rolls for dessert. yummy yummy.

I love the concept that this place has gone after. They've proven to me that eggrolls are indeed a versatile dish. From standard offerings of veggie rolls and pork rolls to things you'd never think of, like mac & cheese, boudin, or a cheeseburger, all the way to dessert! My personal favorite is the cheesecake roll. They also have a variety of different Asian dishes and wings. It's all pretty reasonably priced, too. If you haven't yet, give The Eggroll Factory a try!

This place is unique and awesome. I don't have much else to say about it. I have eaten here once and the experience was amazing. Great food. Not too greasy. Creative. Tasty. What more do you want? Oh and they deliver. You are welcome.
