I did enjoy my sandwich, it was delicious.
Half the seating did not have power which would be more of a problem if there was not other seating available. The woman who served us was great and the 4 stars are not due to her at all.
Fast service with fancy drinks. Burgers were ok but the drinks were great. Great decor as airport diners go. Had a cosmopolitan it was well-made. The bartender really knew what she was doing.

This 5 star review is definitely due to the customer service provided by Sam. We came from another restaurant in the airport set up very similarly and we never had a single bit of customer service from the other location....as soon as we set down at H burger Sam was quick to greet us and offer service. We left for a few and came back to her offering us another beverage and already knowing what we had ordered previously. She was helpful to all around us even during an extremely busy time.
Order the vegan impossible burger. I’ve had it so many times before, this is the BEST one I’ve ever had. They season it to perfection. It was hot, crisp grill lines and THICK. Worth the money. The banter among the staff was so lovely, everyone was just happy, vining and made for a great atmosphere ♥️
Had a burger, fries, and a beer here while waiting for my flight. The burger was amazing, and the fires were very good too. The place is cool, it’s a bar at the terminal. You use the iPad on the table to order, and pay. The food will be served fast once the payment is done.
Becky is an amazing server and bartender! She is very polite and professional. She provided great customer sevice by giving me great food options and drink choices! Her friendly attitude and enjoyment of her job made my experience wonderful! Stephen is a great chef that offers amazing service and makes delicious food that I couldn't get better anywhere in Houston!
The one I ate at was in IAH, Houston Airport. I used the iPad menus to place my order and pay, which was convenient and easy. I ordered the Cobb Salad and carbonated water, which came with a lime. The salad was larger than expected or shown on the menu pic and it tasted great! The only complaint is that the chicken pieces were a bit dry but I will definatly order this again! The pic shows my iPad next to it so you can see the size.
Fries are delicious. Solid drinks. Decent service. Airport prices are high, but I guess that's expected.
Decent food. Ordering via iPad is kinda lame. Good beer on tap. Don't get the tots, they are def frozen, have that freezer taste.
Reg makes the most delicious impossible burger I’ve ever had. The whole staff is very entertaining, delightful, considerate and accommodating. Will definitely be back every time I fly through Houston.
