Sonic Drive-in

Fast and friendly service. Never have I had an order come out wrong. The people are good at their jobs and carry a sense of pride while working there. The management needs to congratulate their staff who work hard as it shows. One of the best Sonics around and I will definitely keep giving them my business.

Ok so initially, this review would have been a bad one because I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for a wrong order. However, I took into consideration that there was slim to no help. This review is based on the costumer service I received today. The young lady appeared to be doing her best. She walked super fast to and from cars ALL BY HERSELF! I could tell she was tired but she kept going. Kudos to her. When I approached her about my order, she responded politely even though I'm sure she was over it. The young man, whom I assumed was the manager or something like it, was apologetic and assured me he'd fix my order. I could tell he was tired also. I know the feeling of being overworked, under paid, with little to no help. It's hard to keep your composer in the midst of chaotic situations. The young lady and young man handle themselves well. Keep it up. The one star is deducted because I waited way too long for lemonade and cinabuns.
