We went during lunch time on a Friday and they didn't have too many people. They attended us really quickly and the service was great. They did have high chair for my son. I tried the empanada and it was delicious 👌 we also tried the stuffed potato for appetizers and that was also good. For main plate I ordered arroz con camarones with a side of plantains and fries thinking my son would want fries. Well he loved the food so much he didn't even want fries. The food and service was great. We will be back soon to try more items on the menu. The waitress was very attentive and we also enjoyed the music they were playing.
Got to love this restaurant. This is my favorite bandeja Paisa in Houston. The quality and taste of the food can’t be compared. The portions and value are fantastic. The regular bandeja is huge and will feed two people. The customer service is always outstanding the owners of the place stop by your table frequently to make sure everything is alright. It was unfortunate the original location on Hwy6 was flooded after Harvey. But it’s fantastic they were able to relocate, get back up on their feet to continue preparing delicious typical Colombian dishes. Best of luck to them and I’ll be for sure be back.
I like restaurant best colombian food from my country of origin Colombia by the way I found very good funny stuff in the bathroom that supposed to be memes if u understand u will laugh.
Great food and atmosphere. I would have given a 5 star if our food wasn't cold when it came out. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was there 1st day open since the flood. Waiter made it right by warming our food. Everything was tasty! Great music while we ate!
I took my husband here for his birthday since he is Colombian. The food was amazing. The empanadas were delicious. And so was their coffee. The customer service was good too.
I took my mother in law to try Colombian food for the first time! Best restaurant ever! Service was Excellent! Everyone was so welcoming also! Amazing food and definitely will be coming back again!
Amazing Bandeja Paisa! Best in town.
The food is very good, and with a lot of potential to be a great restaurant, if they gave it a more family ambient. Those dark windows with tinted glass make this restaurant look like a night restaurant, only. No matter how beautiful the day could be, it always looks dark and not inviting inside, on top of that, blinds always closed and lights on all the time. It does not even look like a restaurant from outside, but a discotheque. It used to look cozier at the smaller location. It would also be nice if they decorated it with typical Paisa items like being in a Paisa farm or so. Owners are kind, but they should listen more to their customers. The bathrooms could also be decorated to look cozier, and neater.
This place has really good Colombian food! I am from the US and have come to really like Colombian food. I highly recommend the paisa plate. The chicharro'n is phenomenal - includes alot of meat and big portions!
I like this restaurant. it reminds me of Colombia when i was a kid. but you need to speak Spanish. the wait staff barely speak English. The food is good and the service is fine. the fruit juices are great.
