To start off with lady on a phone call with her air pods taking my order. Wasn't paying attention to what i wanted had to repeat myself 2-3 times what i wanted in my sub because she was on a phone call. They didn't have 3 items that i wanted chicken breast, pickles, Chipotle Southwest..nor did they have trays to carry food to dine in. Horrible!!!

Place sucks. Long wait. No ingredients available for sandwiches, no chips, no small cups. Tried to charge me for a premium sandwich even though they had no bacon, no spinach, no swiss cheese, no chicken, no avocado, no sriracha. Are you serious? Just shut it down and fix what needs fixed.

Closed at 7:15pm on a Sunday night. Lights on, cookies and fresh bread on display. Door says they should be open until 10pm. Bummer.

I made an order on the subway app yesterday at 6:34p the app said my order will be ready at 6:50p I get to subway the door is locked and no one is in there. I called another subway to see if they had a manager number i also called the one on dairy ashford multiple times while sitting in my car this is really sad then they took my payment this is so sad how people are at this restaurant it’s so sad and the owner always say they will do something about it and nothing happens. oh

I arrived at 9:30pm to order a late dinner and the front door was locked. The sign says they close at 10pm and the employees were still working inside but told us they were closed and wouldn't open the door.
I won't be back.

I have been to many Subway Restaurants all of them were fine except of this Subway by South Dairy Ashford it was like 8:30 i been here to order a sandwich They were out of Italian Bread, Ranch, Spinach, and the lady was also very unprofessional

I appreciate the effort, but I don't love subway too much anyway. I had a gift card and a coupon. I order my sandwich and the gift card doesn't work. I try some others and they then say that there computer system isn't taking gift cards so essentially I've been robbed. Not going back for a long time
