Exceptionally great service and food! The chicken skewers were very juicy and had great flavor. Hot pot with the Thai flavor is a must try. Top it off with a bag of crawfish, fresh garlic flavor and good spice level.

My family's new favorite hot pot restaurant! You can get individual hot pots or share one big pot, which we did. We got half mongolian and half tom yum soup, and both had so much flavor. The meat is cut very thin and there was a good selection, even for lunch. They offered a lot of noodles, veggies, seafood, etc, that you can grab on the buffet to put in the soup. Sauce bar had lots of stuff to customize your dipping sauce, but I didn't dip too much since the soups tasted so good. Plenty of fruit and ice cream for dessert! Service was great and friendly. 19.99 a person is a very good price for lunch :)
This place needs more patrons and the flavor of the soup for the spicy and the non spicy justify a higher lever of patronage. Any time you go to a hotpot spot the soup is the key. We went in on a Tuesday night and since the attentive waitstaff was at our every beckon that made our experiment extra special. Also prior to 7pm they have a happy hour so $2 off certain menu items. Over time if they keep up this quality of freshness in their ingredients I would hope that reviews like this attract more and more customers.
Staff were very welcoming and tried their best with their English to help us since we are not used to this type of restaurant but were very respectful and patient when ordering. They were always on stand-by to help with anything however a bit too much ready to help since they were kind of watching us too much since we trying to figure out how to eat the food but I give this restaurant, the staff, and the food all a 5 star rating and definitely recommend coming here. 😋👌 Restaurant is an all you can eat with many options to eat and very fresh food ❤️🔥
We have gone to Hot Pot City for years and have always enjoyed the food and customer service. Now, with the new all you can eat style, we are pleased to say that we yet again enjoyed the food and customer service. We give 5 stars to all areas and recommend to anyone who wants good food and experience.🙂
Ordered the surf n turf with half n half broths (Thai and mangolian style). Had level 1 spice for both and it had a good kick to it. Would probably kick it up to 2 the next time I go there. Also ordered egg noodles which were delicious along with 2 orders of lamb skewers. The total bill came out to be close to 100 for 4 people. The staff are friendly and attentive. Gave us chopped apples at the end of the meal too
This place was tasty and service was very quick. I liked that it wasn't too packed so that I could enjoy conversation with my family. Everyone enjoyed their meals. However, I prefer the taste of the broth at Mongolian hot pot, even though they look very similar.
Good restaurant to go eat hot pot on a cold day. Many items to choose from. The service is fast and friendly. We chose the thai hot pot and the vietnamese hot pot and they taste almost similar. The level of spicy here is different from other Caucasian restaurants. It is spicy and can get very spicy.
The broth is always very flavorful, very consistent. They give you a good amount and everything is always fresh. They never disappoint when it comes to taste and presentation. The staff is very patient and attentive, I love coming here. My favorite is the Chinese Herbal and the Mongolian Broth for sure!

First, the prices are incredible for what they have to offer. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on their menu backward and forward, friendly and very prompt to assist and bring refills and food to table. Also made us feel very comfortable just as if we were regulars. Food was above and beyond expectations considering my family has very different preferences in food, spicies and drinks. We will definitely be coming back and bringing everyone i know to experience this awesome resturant! Keep it Got Pot City you're #1 in my book
The Food was amazing with many choices the service was very nice and helped us any way he could the atmosphere was very great and beautiful but There was not many people but it deserves more people, I’ll come back
