Food was delicious. Service was...awkward.🤔 I guess they assumed we don't speak Spanish because once we walked up, the Spanish speaking cashier didn't even greet us, just called someone else to the register who spoke very little English. She seemed nervous, but polite. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Dining room was nice, restrooms were disgusting.
Tonight was my first time to try Pollo Campero. I ordered the 3 piece meal with Mac & cheese. Let me just tell you that chicken was the absolute best chicken I have ever eaten in my entire life! That goes for the Mac & cheese too, best ever! I will be going to Pollo Campero often from now on!
Don't get this place mixed up with Pollo Reggio, definitely 10 times better than that place!
The food is delicious. I recommend the yucca fries and the plantains. Both grilled and fried chicken are flavourful and savoury.
Location was good, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The washrooms need some serious attention.

My experience at the restaurant was pretty nice. I had some pollo campero which is my favorite and the salad is outstanding. Also, the service is amazing. I have no complaints.👍🏼

The food was flavorful and worth the trip. I was a little annoyed that drinks didn't come with a meal.
I'll definitely eat here again even though I'm not a fan of fast food.
Yummy.. I’ve had pollo Campero from El Salvador before and this one is pretty close to it. Flavor a crispness are on point!
I LOVE both their fried & grilled chicken. The flavor is so good & rich. Staff is always very nice. Don't forget the yucca fries & plantains...they both are my favs❤

The Grilled Chicken is flavorful and delicious!!! The staff are friendly and courteous along with Management being visible at all times. My new favorite lunch spot.
The chicken is delicious! My daughter and I stopped here since we were shopping in the area. We went through the drive thru and the ladies were so nice. I had questions about some of their items and they answered with no problem; very professional and friendly. We ordered the recommended yuca fries, with half a chicken, and the corn salad. SO FRESH Y'ALL! It was so good. It was our first time eating yuca fries and now we're addicted lol. I'm not a fan of the area and I'm all the way in Pearland but I'll go back for those fries. Only thing is I believe we were to get tortillas or a roll; it and utensils were left out, no biggie. I still give 5 stars because of how patient and polite the waiters were. We will definitely go back!
