Went through the drive thru at about 6:30 am on 10-13-2023. The menu board was off and of course they don't repeat your order. I got to the window and as usual my order was not correct. I've been going here for over 30 years and the service is progressively getting worse. Employees can BARELY speak English.
After all these years I'm switching to Burger King .

The service was friendly and easy to understand and hear (volume level). I order a hot fudge sundae and a bottle of water. There was just the right amount of hot fudge and the ice cream was soft and delicious. The water bottle was cold. Great experience.

This is a horrible McDonalds! Peter, the cashier, is a complete tool! He literally told my sister-in-law that he messed up her order because she couldn’t speak English. His manager stood right behind as he told her this and didn’t do a thing. She doesn’t even speak with any kind of accent and is fluent in 2 languages. Maybe if he was paying attention he wouldn’t have to insult others for his mishaps.

I've lived in this area for 5 years now and EVERY TIME i come the damn ice cream machine "is not working". Theres no way that maxhine is not working EVERY TIME i come. Its highly aggravating. Either fix the damn machine, tell the employees to stop being lazy and clean it, or just get rid of all ice cream products from your menu. And this happens at EVERY mcdonalds i go to. This location just happens to be the one i frequent the most. Ridiculous.

I wanted to share something disappointing that happened to me today. My MIL and I went to McDonald's to order a meal for son. Whoever took my order, got the order wrong and when I told the person in the drive thru, he was annoyed because he had already charged my card. After going back and forth about my order, which was very simple and him asking me “do I want this order or not?”-the wrong order by the way. He proceeded to tell me it wasn’t the order he had on the screen and that I needed to speak English correctly. I was shocked, for one because I speak English pretty dang well even though it is my 2nd language and two I couldn’t believe someone would say that. When I asked to speak to a manager he opened the sliding door further and said “he is right here, he’s the one that said you got your order wrong.”. The manager and I made eye contact and he proceeded to go about his business. I asked for a refund, I didn’t want any of their food and the guy, Peter continued to be condescending to me responding with “good and don’t ever come back if you don’t know how to speak English correctly”. I left shaking and crying because I’ve never experienced anything like that.
