This location was the first Charleys I've ever visited. After so many years they continue to not disappoint. From the food and the customer service, I can honestly say this location is one of my favorite in the houston area.

After coming from the cinema, I was starving. I had to get me something to eat and actually this is the first time I've been here. Maybe because I was staring, but I swear to you. This was the best tasting Philly Chessesteak I've ever had. Very Delicious!! 😋 I order the #7. If your in the mood for one and your in the deerbrook mall, stop in. I'm craving another one just talking about it. I'll definitely be back. :::update::: for the first time I tried the Chicken Chessesteak. It was good, but a lil dry. If I try it again, I'll add some ranch to it to help with the dryness.

There was this amazing employee named Maddison Elle. Me and my mom absolutely loved her, i mean i’m seriously thinking about making this girl a fan page. She was so nice. There was an elderly woman walking to the door and she immediately dropped what she was doing to open the door for her. When i was getting a refill of strawberry lemonade she rushed over to ask if i wanted extra strawberries. I would honestly go back to this location just to see her
