5 stars and up across the board, love the idea that they are open via drive-thru ONLY, perfect for us and especially in this Texas heat!!!!
The lobby isn’t open so be ready to take your food home or eat in your car. Neither ideal being messy or ending in soggy food. Having checked reviews before we came as we hadn’t been here since we lived here wanted to check hours etc so we were prepared to eat in the car.
Puffy tacos, 2 black & white nachos. Per the usual the food was delicious, this is the best location of Chachos still. Superior to San Antonio locations and the other locations in Houston.
Service adequate for the drive through.
The only negative is the inside isn't open anymore. Food was good, hot and delicious. The serving sizes are really good. I always have enough to share or save for another meal. On my last visit, I got the steakhouse fajita plate, and it was great. There was a lot of meat on both tacos!
Really a 3.5 tbh. They were out of the house fajita beef, I asked if they would switch it to the steak for the same price, which they wouldn't. That's not too big of an issue since I see an obvious price difference. The food was good and flavorful, service was fairly quick since nobody was in line. Id go again if anything. . .
Good food, great late night after the club/bar spot. Never dissapoint. I'm from Vegas and never miss a chance to go when in Houston!
There are some places where you kind of expect slightly bad service bc its a part of the brand... thats Chacho's. No Frills just junk Tex Mex at its finest.
First time visiting this location, ordered the Fish Taco Plate, Tacos were loaded with Fish!! Charro beans on hit. Fresh Pico and Guac. Excellent service, everything fresh, cannot ask for anything more. Will visit again, worth the money:)
At first I was disappointed because their dining hall was not open. I still ordered and I don’t regret it. I order the mushroom and spinach quesadilla and it was amazing. I would have love to try their red and green sauce but I didn’t ask for any 😔. Regardless it was really flavorful and I enjoyed my meal. The employee that I interested with was a gentleman and he assisted me very well. Their margarita was also delish!!! Try it out. 😋😋
I know it's been a while since I been back but why is there no longer inside dining?

I wish they would open the dining area back up. I hate sitting in the drive-thru all the time. The food is good, but the drive-thru waiting sucks.
