During my visits, I have been very pleased by the professionalism provided from the manager, Ms. Connie. Ms. Connie listens and tries to make sure continuous quality service is provided and customers are satisfied even when some customers may present at times…as extremely abrasive totally disrespectful. There is also a wonderful worker name Marybel. She makes my whopper just the way I request it every time with hot fresh onion rings. Ladies, please keep up the great work… you are appreciated!

Usually we don't come here but we had just got back from my husband working & we decided to stop here on the way home. Surprisingly the manager who was working drive thru was super friendly, she was so spot on with the customer service. She even let us know the holdup was them fixing us fresh fries. She gave us a large fry just for the wait. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't get the mustard I asked for on my burger so it was dry. Otherwise everything else was perfect. The burger was even fixed very neat. If the experience could be this way everywhere, eating out wouldn't be such a debate on where to go. I wish I had gotten her name. She was the awesome! Burger King Owners-please find out who was working drive thru Saturday 08.05.23 at 10:50pm at the Greens Rd & North Frwy location. She deserves recognition 👏

The chicken sandwich is gross. The long one. whopper was Amazing!! Server was nice today!

They shouldn’t have taken off the veggie burger and replace it with Impossible Burger.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was not having a good day and I had it written all over my face and the guys who dealt with the drive thru were nice enough to ask if I was okay and let me know it was going to be okay. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of kindness and this place had so much of it.

Everything I visit this restaurant, I order French fries and they're always cold. So I have to ask for fresh French fries. This is so annoying and always happen at this Burger King location. Fresh French fries are supposed to come auto not upon request. But I went to this same location on Saturday December 17,2022 and the service was alot better. The cashier was happy and despite the cold weather made me fell warm🥰

Good people, especially those who work at night, plus one of the few places that still does take out which I have noticed has been less and less popular.
