A very good spot for morning pastries. Wife and I stopped in for breakfast this morning and were greeted warmly and served quickly. All the pastries we had were delicious. Definitely recommend a vist
Such a hidden gem, I'm in love with this place, the pastry is 11/10 easily and the service is like no other place I've been in the States.
I recently visited Paris Sweet, a delightful French-inspired cafe in Houston, Texas, and it was a delightful experience. The service was incredibly friendly, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked in.
Now, let's talk about the food. Their croissants were flaky, buttery perfection, transporting me straight to a Parisian boulangerie. The macarons were equally impressive, with a delicate crunch giving way to a burst of flavor with every bite.
The charming ambiance and attention to detail in the decor added to the overall experience. Paris Sweet is a must-visit for anyone in Houston looking to savor a taste of France with a warm Texan welcome. I’ll be back.
The business is family owned. They are very friendly and care about the customers. Good pastries and great coffee. Very affordable prices. Definitely will return again and try their crepes.
My wife had me on a macaroon hunt as she was having some cravings. I found this place and was introduce to a wonderful Parisian bakery. The place is easy to miss if you are not paying attention to your surroundings. Their pastries are amazing. Porn to your palate. Everything is fresh and they are always baking with the best ingredients. All pastries are to die for. Their salmon sandwich had me on a food orgasm. I was surprise that i was moaning to the taste of the smokey salmon in my mouth. Their cream cheese danish almost brought me to tears. The macaroons are also tasty and something to look out for when coming to this place. The baker used to live in France for 20 yrs and hone his craft and brought a little piece of France to the lone star state.
This a nice cozy place where you can relax and become a regular. Also expect great customer service and a very attentive owner to every single client.
We like French-style bakeries so wanted to give this place a try. Got tiramisu and cheesecake; they tasted different from what we've had, and both had strong cheese flavor and tasted very similar. Atmosphere had kind of a "cozy cafe" feel and the staff who helped us was friendly and nice. Since it's a cafe, they have baked bread and lunch items as well as other sweets such as macaroons but the sweets we had were not satisfying.
Our brother-in-law kept telling us to check this place out and we finally went today for my birthday lunch. This place is fantastic! My favorite parts were the creme brulee and the chocolate croissant, but the lamb bourgignon and chicken crepe were great as well. All the food was served on pretty plates. There are a few tables inside and a few tables outside. The people who work there are very nice. My brother-in-law said the owner was trained in France.
Omw. Only amazing things to be said of this quaint cozy space!!
The variety for such a small bakery is wonderful. Their choice of homemade macaroons was amazing: lychee to lavender to durian to lemon. Ah-maz-ing!!!
They also have a wide assortment of coffee, teas, café, etc. Made to order.
We bought coconut macaroons for family and they were nothing short of divine!! Chewy, soft, tons of coconut... Bliss.
We also had candela, a type of rum popover, an amondine croissant...
This place is a must for me for every trip we make to Houston. Seriously.
Super sweet owner, so caring and loving there to help you with anything you need and even goes above to make your visit the best.... I will keep coming back over and over again.!
I love that you have put all quality into each cake the only 1 point missing is the detailing making it look perfect 👍 the mocha was all coffee and good rum I love that I can never have enough of so delicatessen piece of French🌸🪷💐🌺🎂
