Good sandwiches and friendly staff.
There was an Asian man that prepared my order. Absolutely amazing service. Showed genuine care about what you want on your sandwich. Amazing greeting. Told me about options for the sandwich and side items. Even offered to get me change so I could catch the bus. I will be eating at Potbelly in the future, thanks to him.
Consistent great and friendly service every time! Food is always great and it’s always a pleasure to come in and feel the warm and friendly environment from the staff. The manager goes out of his way to be super friendly and helpful and clearly sets the tone for his team.

Potbelly is probably my favorite sandwich shop to date. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is amazing, and the employees are friendly. Friends I've taken here always assume it's just a Subway alternative, but once they take a bite of their sandwich they realize how much better Potbelly is. My favorite item is something you won't find on the menu, the Clubby. Their secret menu is a real treat, but their normal menu has no shortage of tasty sandwiches for you to sink your teeth in. If you ever need a good, hearty lunch, keep Potbelly in your mind.
Place is clean. Sandwiches are toasty and delicious. The salad was really tasty as well. Too bad I forgot to take pictures of the food
I order light on the spicy peppers and get a bunch of jalapeños. Besides that, this location is ok.
My job catered lunch from here and I got their Mediterranean sandwich! I honestly never thought to come here before, but I’m so glad I had a chance to try it because it was delicious. The sandwich ingredients were so fresh, the bread was on point, the side of marinated peppers they give were mouthwatering, and brownie cookie was quite possibly the best cookie I’ve ever had. Like Crumbl who!?
Highly Satisfied. I ordered lunch for a meeting. The meeting was for 12 so I ordered for 20. The day of delivery I had more people to show than expected. Now, I ordered extra for that reason but my extra was still not enough. I called the store and ordered an additional bundle box and it was delivered by If I am not mistaken his name was Jerik, on time and he set it up. Everything was perfect. Thank you!
Good variety in the menu. CLEAN, covered outside seating, high chairs, friendly staff, nice background music. About same $ as JJ's but better quality and taste.
A little expensive but goodness are their sandwiches good. Reminds me of Quiznoz except much better. Also Isabel provides good customer service and is very patient and understanding.
