This is my new favorite Indian restaurant in the area even though my enormous appetite and I generally prefer buffets. They have an extensive menu of vegetarian and non vegetarian options. The portions, especially for dosai and biryani, are gargantuan! But most importantly, the spice levels are on point for South Indian food, including the fantastic biryani rice itself. I could happily eat this food every day if my budget allowed for daily restaurant meals. Note: don’t come eat here if you’re in a hurry. This fabulous food takes time and is completely worth the wait!

When they said good that it was!!! We like trying new places/foods and the naan bread was AMAZING!! We had their non veg dish and it was good! A I got to try a little bit of everything and even got a dessert with it. My hubby got their goat special and he loved it! It’s a really small quint place my only complaint is they could have explained the menu to use better after we told him we’re new to Indian food but everything we order was great and the goat special he recommended was 5 stars for my hubby
My first Indian food experience and I can not wait to go back. Our dishes were sooooo good. I literally did not expect to like my food this much but it definitely caught me by surprise
Our first Indian food experience! Everything was delicious! Only detail was that it was a bit pricey for the amounts and they add the tip automatically to your bill, other than that, flavors were on point! Loved the fresh naan 🫓 and the dark sauce for the samosas was my favorite. Also tried mango lassi and it was tasty, like a tangy mango yogurt drink
We have been going once a week for lunch and love it! So far I’m stuck on the Saag Paneer, Dal Makhani and Chicken Butter Masala. The naan is perfect and I just recently tried the Lamb Fry, which is the best way I’ve had lamb!
The basmati rice is excellent and there is nothing like ending the meal with Indian coffee! I wish I could eat there daily as it makes me feel uplifted. Getting everything spicy is the way to go. Many thanks for such quality and quantity. It is now my mission to try the rest of the menu!
Absolutely delicious. The best indian cuisine I've had so far. Portions are generous and at a great price.
We tried the butter chicken, Fried pepper shrimp, Samosas, garlic Naan, and chicken 65 Biryami.
All of it better than the last. Truly authentic and great Indian flavors. The sauce they give you are all different and give you different dimensions of tastes and spices. The chicken 65 is spicy 🔥🔥🔥 but i couldn't stop eating it. Will be returning soon! Small place but the flavors are BIG! The smell consumes you as soon as you pull up.
Found out your home cuisine in some foreign place is actually a bliss. Desi kitchen is a must try place when you are in Texas & missing authentic Indian food. We have ordered Ginger Chicken in starter, Mutton Biriyani, Butter nun & Chicken Tikka Masala as main course & Gulab Jamun- in desert. Ginger Chicken as starter is a must try dish- you can actually feel the taste of Ginger in it. The way they present Biriyani is undoubtedly the best & it was damn tasty. Nun was soft & full of butter but Tikka Masala can be a bit more spicy. And last but not the least- the soft, hot & juicy Gulab Jamuns.
This is a great place for Indian food. Everything was very flavorful and delicious! Our waiter was pretty amazing as she remembered everything we ordered without having to write them all down. The aloo gobi, chicken tiki masala and the samosa were excellent! The aloo gobi was my favorite dish! I didn't think it was actually a vegetable at first.
I have visited the first time and the experience was fabulous. Fantastic food, Fantastic prices, and a very friendly staff. It’s a great experience and if you’re craving for Indian food you must try- They’ve also got quite the diverse menu. Thanks for the best food desi kitchen :)
