The staff here is somewhat friendly. The food comes out super quick! The lines might appear full but the staff handles each customer as quickly as possible. I usually get the Dave's Double and the fries. The fries are always crispy. The app always has coupons to use if you want to save some money. The burgers are fresh and piping hot most of the time.

It's a Wendy's! They're fast food fast. Staff is very nice considering the rush they go through every single day. They'll get you in and out so you don't miss a minute of your 30 minute lunch break.

It was busy. I would give it 5 stars but all of your food goes in a bag and you can only sit at a dirty table if you want to eat there. This means that in order to eat ketchup on your fries, you have to make due with the three napkins they give you which quickly absorb your ketchup. Every table is dirty and shared with the other businesses in the underground tunnel. They really need the option of clean trays or dippable ketchup (like Whataburger has).

Clean unit and pleasant staff. Good number of tables in eating area. Competing with Mexican food outlet on one side and fresh food/deli/sandwich and salad outlet on other.

Little bit of a walk in the tunnels but I'll do that for Wendy's since it is so hard to find by my house. Good service friendly staff and food is always correct.

The district manager needs to have a meeting with the staff at this location. The drink machines never work and there was an employee outside smoking and came right back inside and was about to start fixing the burgers until I stopped her
