At my daughter’s school they have Cici’s pizza on Thursdays and when she was out of school she wanted pizza.
I’m a huge fan of Crust Pizza but when I have her the option between the 2 , she chose Cici’s Pizza and that’s where we went.
I hadn’t had Cici’s pizza in over 15 years. No particular reason , but it’s just been that long. I placed an order online for a pizza and went into the store, where I was greeted immediately by the African American guy with the dreadlocks.
I think his name was Nathan but I could be wrong.
I placed the order from the parking lot so there was an expected wait due to that. He offered me a drink while my daughter and I waited and he was very polite.
The pizza was A1 good!! The pizza was perfectly made! Cici’s is definitely my go to now!!
Such a breath of fresh air ! The owner in the pirate hat I think his name is Rafael ? Such a GREAT guy! The crew is amazing - as soon as I walked in they were ready to make my custom pizza! There Is not a long wait for your favorites to come out. It’s clean and lively :)
This location is Cici's at it's best. The pizza tastes so much better than other locations. I was very impressed with the quality. Large dining area which is kept very clean. The front clerk was very polite too. Of all the Cici's in Houston, this one is the best I've been to.
This is the BEST Cici's! The manager is so nice and helpful to everyone. The employees, too. They will make any pizza for you if it's not already on the buffet. My kids love it.
This was a great visit! The owner/manager, pirate hat wearing Rafael, was extremely welcoming & very sweet to my kiddos. I called earlier wondering if anyone at this knew how to do the "CiCi's pepperoni flip", that was discontinued years ago. Every blue moon someone remembers how, but it had been a very long time since I found someone who did. He knew how & made it for me!! Perfection. He also made everyone join in to sing happy birthday to a kiddo there turning 10 & overall just really seemed to love his job. This location was clean, & all the employees were busy working. The music was fun & the pizza was fresh. Definitely recommend coming to see Rafael & his CiCi's crew. The Blue Cherry Project approves!
It was decently clean for right after dinner rush. But the manager or older gentleman who I'm assuming was manager was doing great. Very vocal to his kitchen and had things coming out quiet quickly. Very kind. Overall satisfied family and will be returning.
Everything about this Cicis pizza was great! The pizza was hot and fresh very yummy! And the crew were great! Cicis pizza is a such throwback. I imagined it to be boring and not as good as it use to be but this place is awesome.
While the pizza is not the best out there, it certainly does taste good taking into consideration the environment. I do not expect the best pizza on any buffet, but they certainly do keep them all fresh and the selection plentiful.
Walking into the restaurant, you get the vast welcome that cici's is known for. There was one person bussing tables that seemed less than happy that people were leaving plates on the table but unfortunately I did not see any place to dump them on my own or else I would have.
I've been going to CiCi's Pizza for over 20 years in various locations around the city, and they have more than doubled their price. Can you speak very affordable to take a family of four five in for a buffet and everybody could get what they wanted but now I believe it was close to $9 a person. Spending close to fifty bucks for a pizza buffet, could have gotten several much better quality pizzas at one of the local chains.

Today my daughter and I were hungry and we couldnt decide whether we wanted pizza or salad 🤔 so we did the next best thing and went to Cicis. 🚗💨
Well, this Cicis was off the charts amazing!!😲 When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile & a clean great smelling place of business. 👋🏼🙂We sat down and the tables were clean the chairs were clean the food counter was constantly wiped clean every 10 minutes or so. The food was HOT & FRESH 🍕🥗 and soooo delicious!!🤤 And to my surprise I seen the owner actively helping staff and working the register. 👏🏽I thought that was neat as I've never attended a Cicis establishment and seen the owner in the front. Restrooms were clean and smelled great.🌺 I seen them get super packed and they still kept the flow of pizzas coming out and handled the rush really well. Got a chance to speak with the owner & let him know how awesome of a job I think hes doing.👍🏽 My Mom always says "If someone can say something bad about a business we should be able to say something good" Well folks, I have ZERO BAD THINGS to say about this place and PLENTY OF GREAT THINGS I CAN SAY! The employees there tonight all were fast paced professional and friendly. I will be frequenting this place now that I've relocated to this side of the city. Hope to see yall there 😎💜
Many dirty tables, hard to find one cleaned to dine on. Good variety of pizzas. Great salad options. They watered down the creamy fettuccine noodle sauce or something so now it's just a cream colored liquid that tastes terrible. That sauce was a favorite for our family so that was very disappointing to find.
