Updating my previous review two years later, mid pandemic, May 2021, which was also 5 stars in 2018. This has become my go-to Starbucks in the Cypress area. Drinks are always made correctly, plenty of outdoor seating, and the interior is kept consistently clean and organized. Not sure who the manager is but great work keeping up with all the changes over the past 14 months. Looking forward to indoor dining again soon! Thanks for being there with coffee to help us all get through a stressful situation!

Sarenda is incredible! She makes the best drinks and has the best customer service. Her smile lights up the drive through. She deserves a raise! If you’re choosing this Starbucks ask for Sarenda to make your drink⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BEST Starbucks ever! They always do a fantastic job, especially with the nitro coffee - no other location makes it like they do - where the creamy head of foam sits on the coffee super fresh adding for just the right velvet texture, which I love! I've been to other locations and it always seems like they are short handing the nitro...lol The customer service experience here has always been great and speedy; even during times of COVID - this store does a wonderful job and it is the only place to get your fresh nitro coffee from. P.S. Please excuse my bad nails - just pulled off some press ons lol
