I’ve been coming to this location every other month for a meal with friends. Food is always good, atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, and customer service is also on par. Build your own bowl. I usually get friend rice with mine! Prices typically from 8-12 for small to large size bowls. Stack it high, and learn to bowl build.

I like this place. The concept is awesome. I love that you can choose any ingredients and make your bowl however you'd like it. You almost can't make a bad one. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The margaritas are meh, but you might like them. Overall the food is pretty good, but i feel like it's a little pricey.

Went for lunch and it was moderately busy, but they were clearly understaffed. My brother ordered from the menu and I did a make-your-own-bowl that ended up not getting cooked due to a grill mix up while my brother finished his food. I didn't have time to stay for it to be remade but the manager Gladys handled the situation perfectly and we left happy despite the issue. The food & service are usually good when I go, so I'll be back. Hire more servers, y'all!

UPDATE: I was asked to give this location another chance so we did today and I am happy to say that we had an extremely different experience this time. Staff was on top of things and very friendly. I spoke with the manager and was informed that they have new management at this location and it shows. Food was much better and it was very clean no sticky tables and no sticky floors. This experience was way more enjoyable this time around. I hope they keep up the good work because we really enjoy this establishment. Hate to say this place is losing it's touch. We have been coming here for years because we love that we can make our dish the way we prefer but the service is getting horrible. I don't know who the manager was that was supposed to be on shift but they need to hey it together. First there was no one to greet us when we walked in the door then we were brought to a table that was sticky all over. Ordered our drinks, went to the bathroom come back to the table and still no drinks. The floors for the bowls was so sticky my shoe got stuck and the floors in the dining area were also filthy. My trip to the bathroom was also fun since there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls so I had to use the hand napkins. Made the waitress aware of this and 20 minutes later still no one has brought toilet paper. Step your game up Genghis I'm starting to notice the patronage is down more and more every time we come. Then our food comes and it's nice and charred.

I just read a lot of awful reviews for this location, but that hasn't been our experience here at all. The traffic is the worst part, but that just affects when, and how often we come since we're in the Champion's area. The service, ingredient selection and food preparation has always been excellent here for us. High marks all the way around. At some point, Genghis added another bowl size option, which meant essentially a price increase as the sizes were smaller now, but you just get more creative loading up. Recommend!
