So yes it's a coffee shop, but you know they have all the iced drinks as well. But they also have lots and lots of food choices.

Hands down best Starbucks staff I've ever experienced. And that's saying a lot because I've been to over 100 locations in my time. The manager makes a concerted effort to remember regular customers' names and also their coffee orders. The baristas are also cheerful and willing to remake drinks if needed. Lines can be long but it moves quickly. 5 stars for high quality customer service.

I was really thrilled with the service from Terrence today! My wife had placed a mobile online order today and a few items were out of stock when we showed up to pick up. In addition, somehow my wife forgot to order my coffee. Terrence fixed the order no questions asked and gave my coffee for free! Thank you Terrence!

I come here every Monday while I get my allergy shots right next door. They are always great but especially so today. I accidentally said the wrong size and even though the barista had already started my grande, he happily remade it to be a venti. He also had it ready by the time I checked out. It was literally only 1 minute. Fastest barista I have ever seen!!!

Best Starbucks in H-Town 🥇 They are friendly, courteous and quick. Very professional!!!! The serve all roasts from open to close. ❤️

Very hard to find especially if you are from out of town, I ordered a mobile order and then couldn't find a way into the building, when I called they had NO clue how to help me and acted like I was stupid. But when I got there they were apologetic and did get my order right and it was hot.

Not sure why but I highly prefer this 4th floor location over the 3rd floor. they are generally less busy here and the customer service is quicker and friendlier.

Less comfortable than many other Starbucks and noisy, but still is a Starbucks with great beverages and free wi fi.
