It’s a super clean Starbucks location that has a great selection of packaged snacks. Unfortunately they have no indoor seating which is why I can’t give it a full 5/5.
Came here at a good time last Sunday evening. Very quiet and just waited a little to have my order ready. I guess they were a little backed up. Ordered a venti caramel frappuccino. 🥤 Everything went well. Had not been to this location in a little less than 15 yrs probably.

Very convenient, being Right across from Texas children’s and off the METRO Texas Medical Center rail stop. Location is always clean, staff is very friendly and they have Nitrobrew! Highly recommend trying the pumpkin nitro cold brew during fall season.

Best Baristas ever!!! Smiling, efficient and full of energy and good vibes! Breakfast sandwich was ready in less than 3 minutes. 8 employees behind the counter and each one of them working hard. Totally amazing.
When my brother was an in the CCICU at Methodist Hospital, this coffee shop was a good place to get a cup of coffee and relax.

Its a starbucks. Very convenient location next to the dryden/TMC station, a few blocks from Rice U. The inside is pretty bare, but plenty of seating on the sidewalk. No drive-thru, so plenty of foot traffic to watch go by.
Super sweet staff. They couldn’t break a large bill but that wasn’t a problem. They even looked to be accepting donations for various causes.
