I travel for work and am away from home a lot. It makes my day start right when I stop by this store. Everyone is so friendly and upbeat. And somehow they remember my name which is remarkable considering the traffic this place sees. I can always count on the fantastically friendly and professional staff for a smile. The drinks and food are good too, and quickly prepared.

It’s a super clean Starbucks location that has a great selection of packaged snacks. Unfortunately they have no indoor seating which is why I can’t give it a full 5/5.

Came here at a good time last Sunday evening. Very quiet and just waited a little to have my order ready. I guess they were a little backed up. Ordered a venti caramel frappuccino. 🥤 Everything went well. Had not been to this location in a little less than 15 yrs probably.

I just LOVE this Starbucks! Everyone here is SOOOOOO NICE AND EXCITED to see you. I walk pass 2 Starbucks that are closer to me just to come here to see them and my favorite barista Ava. 🥰 EVERYONE IS CONSISTENTLY AWESOME but wanted to acknowledge a few people that always make my day. Ava, DUH! There’s a shorter older African American woman, a super tall Caucasian guy with glasses, another Hispanic girl and an older woman with an accent that calls everyone beautiful. I love all these people as they make my day. Great team and excellent service at this location 😎

Starbucks... Medical Center. I have not been there since they gave the store a facelift. Very nice job as the store looks amazing ! They must have gave the staff a good what for because they are Awesome! The store is clean and nice as well as the staff. Nice job, Starbucks! The store is bigger and furniture is smart.

Very convenient, being Right across from Texas children’s and off the METRO Texas Medical Center rail stop. Location is always clean, staff is very friendly and they have Nitrobrew! Highly recommend trying the pumpkin nitro cold brew during fall season.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! Also want to mention that the security guard this morning was exceptional in keeping the store safe. He really appeared to go above and beyond in making sure someone potentially harmful left the store. This job can’t be easy and I want to commend him for his courage and unwavering demeanor.

Best Baristas ever!!! Smiling, efficient and full of energy and good vibes! Breakfast sandwich was ready in less than 3 minutes. 8 employees behind the counter and each one of them working hard. Totally amazing.

When my brother was an in the CCICU at Methodist Hospital, this coffee shop was a good place to get a cup of coffee and relax. It's located across the street from Parking Garage 1 @ the southwest corner of Fannin and Dryden. The contemporary seating area is quiet with muted lighting. The baristas are friendly and service is prompt.
