Love it. I LOVE this place. mel's great along with another lady who works for him, whom i dont actually know the name of. the donuts are good and the crouissant sandwhich is DELICIOUS. very convenient. i did actually change from shipley's on el dorado to riley's so...it's a deal breaker
If every teen on Clear Lake could work with Mel for a week, the world would be a better place. This man knows what customer service is all about!! (got a pretty good product too)
Great on the Way to Work. Great donuts, kolaches, and crissonts. the one thing i wish they had were better chocolate filled donuts! >.<
other than that its a great location for on the way to the freeway to work or school, very friendly and great service =]
Best Donuts in the Bay Area. Where the owner knows his customers by name, helps with school car washes and makes fantastic loaded Croissants (warmed if you like) ,old fashion donuts and more. Shun the corporate donut and get real Mom and Pop baked fresh goodies.
The donuts are great, the pricing is reasonable, and the service is fantastic. This place goes out of its way to support local youth groups, and always has a smile and a hello whenever I stop in.
Stopped in for the first time on a random Thursday to get me and my cleaning team some donuts & let me say....the service....it was amazing! I love some great friendly staff, especially in the morning. The donuts where good & the boudin kolaches where greatttt!

The owner, Mel, likes to keep local artists’ work up for sale, including my own. I’ve actually sold art out of Riley’s Donuts because of Mel’s help!
Hands down the best donuts I have ever eaten. I am from Southern California, which is where the standard is set for best donuts in the country. The glazed donuts are like putting a sugary pillow into your mouth. The apple fritter is the perfect blend of crunchy exterior, chewy/moist dough, and proper ratio of apple chunks.
Get the bacon egg and cheese croissant!!!

We love the donuts, kolache, and breakfast sandwiches here! If you are looking for classic donuts, but want more variety than Shipley’s- come here! Mel makes great donuts & is consistent in the quality. My current favorite are his breakfast biscuits- the biscuits are perfectly flaky and buttery with egg, cheese & a meat choice (bacon, ham or sausage). There are no wrong choices on this menu!
Swung by there and picked up some sausage and cheese kolaches along with a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, service was quick and friendly, both kolaches and croissant were good, definitely recommended
Really, really good donuts. Smiling and friendly faces working at the counter. I'm shocked this donut shop doesn't generate more buzz because the donuts are excellent. Homemade honey buns, cake donuts, old fashioned & sour cream donuts, fritters, you name it. Definitely somewhere I will return again.
