What a cute and quaint deli. I had the Reuben with potato salad and it was delicious. The Reuben is huge!!! And the potato salad serving size was huge too!!! I also had a chocolate chip cookie and it was huge!!! Everything was good. The deli has a quiet and quaint atmosphere with tons of Star Trek memorabilia everywhere. It’s a popular lunch and dinner spot that stays open late. The staff was so nice and friendly. You are greeted with a nice friendly smile when you walk in. I loved it!! Check out their menu there are a lot of good options to choose from.
First this place is food nerd heaven. It's quite and a small of group friends wants to play board games they got it. But their special is the Ginger Coldslaw is definitely recommend and roast beef sandwich very nice portion. I was looking for pastrami place and it came up. The downside not an item they sell. Otherwise great recommendation
Great neighborhood sandwich shop that beats the national chains hands down. Good selection of sandwiches and excellent potato salad (must try)!
Googled this little deli in Houston and so happy we went. Terrific fresh breads, juicy thicker sliced meats and a wonderful selection of veggies, cheeses and sauces. Don't forget to add either the potato or pasta salad, both are extraordinary! Come for lunch here...you will be delighted. 😁
Absolutely loved this place.
Food was delicious, store was clean and cozy, service was extraordinarily kind and helpful, and felt like a fantastic local place to enjoy. I’m hoping I find time to go again soon since I enjoyed this place so much. Their banana pudding is spectacular and the corn chowder was super yummy. They were on top of drink refills. I highly recommend this a spot for a fantastic cafe experience!
The Reuben is a star, wickedly good and enough for two people. Decent draft beer list and attentive service. Also kid friendly as they have high chairs and a decent kids menu. Worth a visit.
The best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously. I can’t believe it.
It still is, but I get it on toasted ciabatta now and it’s even better.
Also, the vibe here is superb if you like all the stuff they like and I do, plus the owners and the girl at the counter are super sweet, and quick.
PS I come here to read the reviews and get charged for my next visit, tomorrow, hopefully.
Oh yes this is my happy place, great made to order sandwiches and great selection of drinks, atmosphere is a haven for sci-fi and fantasy fans. Laid back vibe and a nice patio. Friendly employees that do a great job keeping the restaurant spotless, creating a warm and inviting environment, explaining the menu options, and quickly delivering the orders. Kitchen is cranking out some high quality spectacular food. Would like to meet the owners soon and bounce some ideas off them.
Amazing food, great atmosphere! Fresh ingredients, healthy portions, delicious flavor profiles. If you like ginger, try the slaw. It is killer!
Halfway through my lunch I realized I couldn't wait to come back and try something else. I'd created my own BLT on Sourdough with potato salad, my bf had the Margherita with spicy ginger slaw, and we took a lemon bar with us for the road. OMG!! Can't wait to go back.
The sandwich shop sits off pinemont in a strip center. As I walked in I was greeted with great service. The place is cozy and has a retro appeal to it. At the register will be a display of desserts like banana pudding, bread pudding and it has its own sauce 😋 and chocolate oreo pudding, and cookies. I was also told everyday its a special on certain sandwiches. I ordered the Philly cheesteak 😋 it came on a large hoagie brwaf. Served hot fresh with cheese and veggies of choice.
