My family and I have been eating at Eva's for over 25 years, and the food is as good now as it was almost 3 decades ago. Eva's is still family owned and operated, and the family is as friendly as the first time we ate there. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, give Eva's a shot. You won't be disappointed.

So this place is to quiet for a Saturday night. The food is really good and is a great price. They pack those plates with so much food as well. This place is amazing and will recommend!!! The pictures are a Raspberry Margarita and Chile Poblano.

I've passed the place 100s of times and decided to see whats going on. Placed my order to go but was treated like I was dinning in. Smiles all around when you walk in; friendly cashier lady was very helpful in helping me make my selection. The food was good, a tad on the generic side (its not like your abuela made this food) and possibly frozen bulk. I had the carne asada and it was season really well and grilled really well; it was the star of the meal. All the flavor was in the carne asada; I will get this again for sure. Food came out super fast that I had to question if it was for me. lol. The three stars for the atmosphere was based on the decor; dated and part of the dinning area is being used for storage. With that being said, check this place out if you are looking to dine-in Mexican restaurant.

I usually pick up for a quick dinner when the family wants Tex-Mex. Wait time is minimal, food is good, not exceptional and the atmosphere is usually family oriented.

Fantastic eats, great price, long time serving staff! Been coming here for about two decades. Still recognize some of the staff. Very affordable meals, awesome queso. My favorite dish is The Alamos.

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant on the surface of the earth. I've frequented this restaurant for several years and I currently live almost 3 hours away. I make the trip to Houston just for the food and nothing else. The staff are alwaysso very pleasant and wearing a smile. I can't complain about anything. I will say that the cheese they use I believe is critically addictive.
