This was my first time at a JJ's and it's obvious why this chain is growing so quickly. The food, especially the rolls, are much better than Subway. The concept is built on speed, so you don't have the ability to customize your sandwich like at Subway. This can lend to a sandwich that's lacking flavor. I'll be back for sure.
I was running errands with my 4-year-old daughter today and to make her feel a little better we went restaurant hopping today. I do not recommend it with 4 years old as they want everything! I went to get what I always get and that is an Italian Night Club Sandwich. I was only there for a mission to get my sandwich but my daughter saw a nice delicious wrapped brownie and well I couldn't say no to that. They had plenty of staff and were very friendly. The order was so quick by the time I finished paying the sandwich was completed! The sandwich was great as usual and well my daughter said the brownie was delicious. I wouldn't know because she ate it all without sharing!
Thank you for being there when I haven't eaten in 32 hours and also not screwing up my order and actually delivering it to my apartment unlike uber eats. You guys are the coolest. I'm sorry my sandwich orders get weird, but yall are a blessing.
I commend you on your freaky fast and fantastic service.
Also, people should order the brownie.

I really this location , the service is extremely fast either way . Pick up or delivery . I usually order a turkey/ avocado or the tuna . All of the veggies on the sandwiches are always fresh , and they give you good size portions . One thing i wish they would do is make the wheat bread in the 16 inch . Pricing is slightly more expensive than the other sandwich shops . The two subs I’ve pictured below cost me 33$ bucks 🥺.

Okay folks, I love a great sandwich, and usually buy Schlotzsky's, I've always love Jimmy John's bread, but only had it a few times at my hotel, the Marriott Westchase. I got a cancellation from Schlotzsky's for some reason and went to Jimmy's instead. I'm so glad I did! First of all, my delivery was here in 22 minutes!!!! And the bread is so fresh, the ingredants, are so fresh, I'm so happy that fate took me to Jimmy Johns today. What a fresh sandwich!....... Dave Eisenman

I don't normally leave a review for fast food but I see a lot of complaints here. I had no problems. I ordered online, customized my sandwich, saw it was ready in 6 minutes, walked in and grabbed it. It was made how I wanted and it tasted good.
It has never fail that when I put in an online order for pick up, it is always ready. (and I have placed in quite a few large orders) The orders have always been correct as well. (which is important) Although I live a block down from the school they do deliver to, they won't deliver to my apartment complex. It's fine, since I can just order online and pick up after.
So far I have had great experience here. Hope you do to.
