Didn't know they had remodeled it. Looks very nice. The restrooms now have a code you need to punch in so make sure to ask for it.
Always a nice vibe in there. It’s one of the busiest locations that is open late which I love. Being that it is heavily trafficked, some of the associates are not friendly. I know they’re busy but at least smile. My drink was great as usual. I did ask for light ice which I wasn’t given but it’s a hit or miss with that. Overall it’s nice and cozy.
I like Starbucks coffee. I ordered online by app and picked up it through 10 mins. It’s very convenient! I always know the result that I will get.
This cafe is nice, clean, big. Many people work here at computers.
Love it here! The staff are so professional and kind. Drive through and inside cafe purchase are both mega fast. On a busy corner in the shopping district, but there’s ample parking for app pickup orders (if preferred!).
Sooo I went to the Target Starbucks nearby and they made my drink incorrectly. I had asked for extra espresso and extra ice and got neither. I ended up coming to this location to fix the drink. I asked the woman at the counter to just give me some ice and two shots of espresso. She did so with a smile and when I went to pay offered another huge smile and said don’t worry about it. The fact that she went above and beyond to fix a completely different store’s mistake and seemed so proud to do so was very impressive. I was in a hurry and forgot to grab her name, but YOU LADY WITH THE RED PIGTAILS ARE AMAZING!!!
A 24 hours Starbucks in Houston? An employee attempted to lock me out on a week night as I was outside on a phone call. He informed me the inside closed at midnight, but the drive thru was open 24 hrs. That sucked, to see people hurriedly gathering up their stuff and scrambling to the doors.
Large, comfy location with a lot of chairs and booths and a lot of people on laptops, but too few outlets. A large international crowd mostly college students, so no drama. Was iffy, if they could deliver on quality service. It was just okay. But, energy was bad. But, this is not a place to meet for a quiet intimate conversation due to the loud music blaring and people having to shout over it (other than that the acoustics are crystal clear hearing other people conversations-earphone are a must if your trying to concentrate). Location is killer, but parking is good, just everybody wants to be close to the door-crazy-there's more than ample parking despite the reviews-divas.
Admitted coffee addict here, so I have solid experience to back up this statement… This Starbucks is fantastic. Convenient drive through and mobile call ahead option. It gets very busy a times, but they tell you wait-time when you order and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly
It was my first time at this location and just like any other Starbucks, it was busy. There is plenty of room to sit and the area was clean, including the restrooms.
I must mention that in two occasions two homeless men entered and approached us. The staff was fast and responsive in asking them to leave.
In addition, while we were there my friend decided to order through the app, after a few minutes waiting, she realized that she accidentally ordered at a different location. The barista was nice enough to honor her order and provide it to her.
Lastly, upon making my order and receiving it, I was not too pleased with the taste. I went over to the counter and Adrian was courteous to assure my coffee was remade just as I wanted it.
Adrian was very kind, attentive and exceptional.

I went there today and ordered cheese and tomato sandwich along with vanilla latte .service was so fast and taste was good. ( had a good pump of vanilla)
I LOVE this place. I used to live in third ward and I would drive here because it’s 24/7, it’s big, and the staff is great. I live in the area now and I’m still here. It’s usually very busy in here because of the location but it’s still quiet enough to study and get quality work done. There are some things that could be fixed but I don’t think the owner or manager can fix them because of all the recent Starbucks issues in the news. I know each Starbucks is privately owed but I also understand these private owners don’t want to offend anyone and end up in the news. With that being said, I think they let some stuff slide.
Overall great place! I would give five stars the day more than ONE barista make my drink right!
