Great food, nice atmosphere 👌. No waiting times. The only disappointment aspect is the way they are presenting the check. Waitres carries a mobile handheld device. Customers are not able to see consumption food details on it. They tell you the total amount of your check, ah?. It happened tonight at 1960 location. You need to ask for it, and customers are forced to select how much money to be tipped. 🤔

I visited your restaurant on 10/11 as part of a business party and were were served by Tyler & Anna. Their customer service and professionalism was absolutely superb! I was genuinely impressed with their wonderful service and polite interaction with the entire party and they truly made us feel welcomed and valued as customers and PEOPLE! They demonstrated the epitome of what customer service and community should be. Please let them know they were valued and appreciated. I will be a return customer for every visit to Houston! The food was delicious… perfect!

We had an exceptional time. The food was amazing and the hosts were fantastic. We REALLY enjoyed it!!!!

We had a pleasant experience this evening with Pat as our server. She was very attentive and polite. We dine at Carrabba’s restaurant often (different locations) and appreciated being taken care of when we visit. We will continue to choose Carrabba’s as our go to place. It's my favorite place and even at single income I really wanted to eat someplace nice. Renan was fun, great with my daughter, and so full of personality. The food was so delicious and I love how everyone helps bringing out the food. I wish I could go more often. One day!

Weekday dinner with the family is always kind of stressful but our server Pat was amazing!! She was very attentive and very patient with our sweet toddler. Let’s not forget the food was amazing. We will definitely return :)

Pat was an outstanding server. There was a wine tasting in the back that seemed to throw the establishment off its stride. The food was okay but very salty, except the tomato and burrata, which was delicious. Enjoyed dinner with the family.

The main dishes tasted great. The Fettuccine Weesie and the "fall special pasta" (spaghetti carbonara with chicken?) The seasoning for the oil was fantastic, they should bottle that and sell it. Bread was nice as well. The appetizer was fine as well, had nice flavors to it. The salads were a bit lack luster, seemed like possibly an afterthought, the Cesar dressing was a bit watery, same with the Italian. Servers were doing they best they could, there were 2 call outs from servers on a Saturday night. Overall, still a good option for dining on a date, or just to get some good food.

Pat was absolutely amazing. She accommodated my party of 7 so well! She makes me want to come back just for the service lol. and the food was also amazing and came out fast.

The pasta and chicken were good. I didn't like the goat cheese added in the meal.

What a wonderful experience this evening!! Pat was our waitress and she was amazing! Her suggestions were on point as well... I really appreciated her "down to earth" personality and how she genuinely enjoys her work!! 💜 💜 💜

I spent an excellent night with my wife, accompanied by an exquisite dinner, a very nice atmosphere and a very professional service provided by Pat.

I don't usually like going to Italian restaurants, but we got a gift card to go here. Our server was super friendly. There were a couple of times that a lady (not our server) came to our table, she brought our drinks, and then took our order, she looked like a manager. I thought that it was really neat that she assisted in this way. I like seeing a team support each other. My hubby had the Mahi & it was dee-lish, and my daughter had a chicken dish with 2 types of cheese inside of it-she loved it! I ate the Italian chicken salad, which was super flavorful. I knew I wanted dessert, so I was trying to eat lite 😜. We got the canoli cake for 2 to share. This IS a BIG cake that is so good. It's not too sweet, but definitely could be if you try to eat the majority by yourself-which my hubby & daughter were more full than they thought so they were cheering me on to finish the cake after only taking a few bites 🤣 We came for dinner during the week, and it wasn't too crowded. There seemed to be a group having a Christmas party at the back of the restaurant in a sectioned off section, which I thought was neat they had that capability. Dinner prices were, for the most part, $20+ per entree.

OMG, First time Eating here great place to dine in, nice relaxing setting. Very attentive Staff , Nice Friendly Hostess. Clean restrooms and The Food Came Out Just The Way we wanted it. Perfection is the best way I can describe the way the food tasted. Drinks where just the thirst quencher we needed 🙌😁💯

My family and I enjoyed our experience at Carrabba’s, and Pat played a major role in it. She was attentive to when we needed refills before asking, she remembered who ordered what, and she checked on us continuously. Her customer service is superb!

We have been regular customers at this Carrabbas restaurant for 25 years. Before that, we were regulars at Mandola's near downtown. In recent years, we have used the takeout service mainly. Usually have good service and the takeout people know us by name.<br/><br/>Called in our usual takeout dinner this evening at 9:16 PM. Spaghetti with meatballs and Rigatoni Campagnolo with Italian side salad. As usual, I asked for EXTRA sauce on the side and EXTRA dressing for the salad.<br/><br/>Reached home too late to bring order back, as restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. There was NO sauce on either entree and there were NO MEATBALLS for the spaghetti at all. Sauce was in separate containers.<br/><br/>Whomever took our order over the phone was not one of those we usually deal with. Receipt says 'TER M. CK# 0584'.<br/><br/>He put 'SOS' on order which I must assume means "sauce on the side' rather than our usual EXTRA container of sauce.<br/><br/>Bottom line...... We were having a meal for a special occasion. My wife ended up with NO MEATBALLS and she is so angry she says she will never go back there again.<br/><br/>My advice to anyone using the takeout service...... Pull everything out of the bag and open every container before leaving to make sure order is correct.<br/><br/>HB<br/><br/>P.S. >>> Could not leave review on Carrabbas main website, as it asks for an '18-digit code located in middle of receipt' and there is no such code on our takeout receipt. <br/><br/>P.P.S. >>>  I might mention that it has been well over a year now since this particular Carrabbas has had our favourite soup (tomato basil). About 2 months ago, the portion size of broccoli side order for takeout was reduced by half at same price. Last week, we ordered a bowl of lentil and sausage soup and there were no lentils and no sausage. Only a watery gruel. That is why this latest disappointment was the last straw for us.

No party for you!!!!!! If you have over 6 people expect you can wait... 3 hours. A decent place but as a crowd it is trash. Even their estimate are off... Far off... Way far... Way far.

Bolognese. Terrible bolognese sauce it was watery hardly any meat which by the way a true bolognese is thick and rich MEAT sauce stop calling it that ! It's barely spaghetti with jarred sauce! Will never eat there again 1960 west in Houston Texas

Management is horrible first off . I went to dinner with some friends and we sat down took forever to get our drink order ...and appetizers.then the appetizer was not correct. ..waited 45 minutes to get our salads and in all waited about an hour and 15 minutes for our entree.by that time none of us were hungry...asked for a manager ...she came over to our table looking annoyed .we told her our issue and that we were not complaining about the server .just the service of the Restraunt in general....she listened ...went to talk to someone ..kitchen...servers...came back with a ton of excuses ...not that we wanted dinner for free or anything but didn't even offer to take off appetizer that she claimed was why everything was running behind...just horrible management .I will never go back to that carrabas .never good service .and I don't ever see it changing with that manager leading the Restraunt ...it's a shame..

DO NOT BE ALONE, SERVICE VERY BAD. Carrabba's Italian Grill does not have a big generosity towards the customer . I went to "Happy valentine's day' I was alone I was sad I thought a good plate of food can be a recomfort to pick up. So, I ask to order a meal to the waiter he responded, not served a meal for 1 person because it takes more time. I suppose if I was "Travolta or Merryl Streep" I will not have this problem. In fact, do not be alone to go at Carrabba's Italian Grill. In my opinion a customer should be trait like anyone other customer! They do not respect the customer.

Very disappointed in the service has gone down dramatically management attitude has been very very poor no longer an option for catering or for a nice evening out.

A great restaurant where they make everything from scratch. This is top notch American Italian!

Me and my cousin came here for lunch today. The bread with olive oil and the herbs was amazing. But my chicken was not well done. The manager apologized twice and had them remake it. Then later he sent over a free dessert and again that was amazing. Great customer service, great food!!! And the waitresses was nice, couldn't forget about her! I'll definitely be returning.:)

Great Service, Amazing Food!. I absolutley LOVE Carrabbas! The fresh, hot, bread and herb mix is a great way to star off a meal! Every time ive gone, the wait staff has been exceptional. Chicken Marsala is my favorite dish. Calamari is the best in Houston and the Sogno Chocolate Dream Cake melts in your mouth. Carrabbas has a great selection of wines, pasta dishes, and is topped off with top notch service. This is a favorite of mine and I will be back for years to come!

Not a Good Experience. The food was good if you can't make Italian at home. Just too much noise there, tables much too close together with servers carrying things almost over your head. There are many Italian places in this area to have to pay a good amount for a meal and not enjoy the experience. We will not be back.

Catered our Wedding. Carrabba's is the most consistent dining establishment in the city! Great service and food at every location we in the city! Champions Carrabba's actually catered our wedding and they couldn't have done a better job! Everyone loved the food and the service.<br/><br/>Their entire Italian menu is amazaing; however my favorite is their Trout Wolfe!

Worst spaghetti with meat sauce I have ever had. I won't be going back.
