Very disappointed in the service has gone down dramatically management attitude has been very very poor no longer an option for catering or for a nice evening out.
A great restaurant where they make everything from scratch. This is top notch American Italian!
Me and my cousin came here for lunch today. The bread with olive oil and the herbs was amazing. But my chicken was not well done. The manager apologized twice and had them remake it. Then later he sent over a free dessert and again that was amazing. Great customer service, great food!!! And the waitresses was nice, couldn't forget about her! I'll definitely be returning.:)
Great Service, Amazing Food!. I absolutley LOVE Carrabbas! The fresh, hot, bread and herb mix is a great way to star off a meal! Every time ive gone, the wait staff has been exceptional. Chicken Marsala is my favorite dish. Calamari is the best in Houston and the Sogno Chocolate Dream Cake melts in your mouth. Carrabbas has a great selection of wines, pasta dishes, and is topped off with top notch service. This is a favorite of mine and I will be back for years to come!
Catered our Wedding. Carrabba's is the most consistent dining establishment in the city! Great service and food at every location we in the city! Champions Carrabba's actually catered our wedding and they couldn't have done a better job! Everyone loved the food and the service.
Their entire Italian menu is amazaing; however my favorite is their Trout Wolfe!

The only disappointment aspect is the way they are presenting the check. Waitres carries a mobile handheld device.
Customers are not able to see consumption food details on it. They tell you the total amount of your check, ah?. It happened tonight at 1960 location. You need to ask for it, and customers are forced to select how much money to be tipped. 🤔
I visited your restaurant on 10/11 as part of a business party and were were served by Tyler & Anna. Their customer service and professionalism was absolutely superb! I was genuinely impressed with their wonderful service and polite interaction with the entire party and they truly made us feel welcomed and valued as customers and PEOPLE! They demonstrated the epitome of what customer service and community should be. Please let them know they were valued and appreciated. I will be a return customer for every visit to Houston! The food was delicious… perfect!

We had a pleasant experience this evening with Pat as our server. She was very attentive and polite. We dine at Carrabba’s restaurant often (different locations) and appreciated being taken care of when we visit. We will continue to choose Carrabba’s as our go to place. It's my favorite place and even at single income I really wanted to eat someplace nice. Renan was fun, great with my daughter, and so full of personality. The food was so delicious and I love how everyone helps bringing out the food. I wish I could go more often. One day!
Weekday dinner with the family is always kind of stressful but our server Pat was amazing!! She was very attentive and very patient with our sweet toddler. Let’s not forget the food was amazing. We will definitely return :)
Pat was an outstanding server. There was a wine tasting in the back that seemed to throw the establishment off its stride. The food was okay but very salty, except the tomato and burrata, which was delicious. Enjoyed dinner with the family.
The main dishes tasted great. The Fettuccine Weesie and the "fall special pasta" (spaghetti carbonara with chicken?) The seasoning for the oil was fantastic, they should bottle that and sell it. Bread was nice as well. The appetizer was fine as well, had nice flavors to it. The salads were a bit lack luster, seemed like possibly an afterthought, the Cesar dressing was a bit watery, same with the Italian.
Servers were doing they best they could, there were 2 call outs from servers on a Saturday night.
Overall, still a good option for dining on a date, or just to get some good food.
Pat was absolutely amazing. She accommodated my party of 7 so well! She makes me want to come back just for the service lol. and the food was also amazing and came out fast.
The pasta and chicken were good. I didn't like the goat cheese added in the meal.
